I had a sewer line with root intrusion (at the seam of the cast iron pipe mate with terracotta pipe), and Freddy talked me through my situation and options. Freedom Underground did an amazing job for my family and I in Discovery Bay! I had major drainage issues on 1 particular side of my home because of the poor grading - all of the rain from my neighbor's downspouts would roll down towards my property and my foundation . My particular job included easily over a 100' of 4' deep trenching for a massive french drain system near my foundation and other sensitive areas while including several of my downspouts as well. My particular drainage job also included boring underneath my driveway (30') and dispensing all water safely from my foundation towards the sidewalk and street gutters with a pop-up riser.

Freddy is highly knowledgeable and knows drainage! His crew, which are his own company employees, not temps just to save a few bucks were also awesome. They were extremely courteous, they worked fast, they worked hard, and most importantly, they don't cut corners. They stayed on time and on budget. They cleaned up everything after completing my massive drainage project.

Your home is your most prized asset. Protect it with proper drainage or deal with future foundation issues, which are way more expensive. Freddy was very knowledgeable and understood the problem with my septic tank right away. We were having an active clog and Freddy was able to shuffle his schedule and sent people the next day. The guys were quick and professional. Pricing was reasonable. I would recommend them if you have a septic tank issue.

We had to replace our main sewer line so we had more than one company assess our situation. The first company (I'm not naming names) ran a camera into the sewer line and identified numerous "belies". They gave us a quote for a trenchless sewer line replacement. Then I met Freddy with Freedom Underground and he personally came out and did the very same exercise. He found only one belie and instead of bashing the other company's findings, he said they probably made an honest mistake. That's a class act and that's why I hired Freedom Undergound to do the project (for less money, by the way). Our yard is landscape designed and after the project was completed, you can't even tell that Freddy's team was here! He's the owner of the company, and his level of professionalism was very impressive. I can't say enough good things about him and his team!

We noticed water puddling in my
mom's front yard by the water spout. we found that there was a slow main water leak under her driveway. We contacted Freedom and Freddie came out within a few hours and confirmed what we had found. He advised that there was no need to dig up the driveway because they had the tools to bore under the concrete. He was able to schedule and complete the job quickly and without over charging my mom. The longest part was waiting for pge to mark the utilities. We will definitely hire Freedom again for any water issues!!
