A Loyal customer here since 2018, today's visit is really pleasing. There's a lot of new faces and most of them are helpful and knowledgeable like Chris & Jesus their former EE.

¥ - Erlinda's service & approach is exceptional.
¥ - Both Service Manager & Front Manager are nice, they let me use the restroom inside their office. ( I hope the women's restroom will be fix soon)
¥ - Both staff on the parts department are very helpful. I told them my key controller is not working after a month of changing the battery, they found out that the previous representative put a wrong battery size and they change it right away for free.
¥ - I'm not a fan of coffee but I like this idea of putting a vending machine for the customer who are waiting for the service, they have a different kind of drinks, I'm glad they put hot chocolate.
X - The lady beside Erlinda came up to me and ask why I'm taking a photo, I told her I am pleased on the service today and I'd like to post it in Yelp. She suddenly takes the credit and ask me to make sure her face is on the photo.
X - The Spanish teen beside the coffee machine is not welcoming
X - I wish the waiting time will be lessen in the future, oil change takes forever.

Fremont is a million miles from Oakland. It's like in another time zone it's so far. And you have to drive on 880 to get there which means you'll either be stuck in traffic for a year of your life or get to watch a side show. That's what I told Erlinda, the service manager with whom I came to be acquainted this week. This was the reason they've not seen me since I bought my ride from them in 2016. This is why my regular services as recommended are rarely completed by them. Or anyone else for that matter.

So I rang them up because there was a recall notice that sounded meaningful and made an appointment via the seamless easy to navigate website and voila a week later there I was making excuses to Erlinda. But she was cool about it and because of this I wanted to please her bc I am a pleasing kind of fellow. So we added several services to the recall which meant I had to leave the rig overnight but they gave me a solid loaner (not the Hellcat unfortunately bc they knew I'd be doing a solo sideshow on Balentine if they did) and off I went home.

Picked it up the next day with all ordered done and zero surprises. I wanted to take her picture for this review then thought no, don't be creepy. So just fuzz your eyes and imagine a service angel and you'll probably get pretty close on your own.

My buying experience moons ago was pleasant and hassle free. Yesterday was a reminder that these ppl are solid and cool. Recommend them without hesitation. See you in five years, Erlinda, with a suitcase full of new excuses.

The service department is a disaster. 3 months waiting for a warranty issue to be resolved. 2 different service people I was working with were fired, and I was switched to new people. 3 months later still no parts, no resolution. They suggested I try another dealership that would be better equipped for the repairs. They had my truck for weeks while waiting, then spent 3 months without resolving the issue or informing me of what was happening unless I called them.
The earlier repairs they did were extremely slow, and several things were done wrong and the truck was damaged by the mechanic. Twice I had to go to the dealership and physically show the mechanic where the issue was. I can find it but he can't??
Another time they had my truck for one month, and then said some of the parts were back-ordered and I'd have to bring it back again.
Do not trust this place with your vehicle!

I came back again to do my service and recall on my Jeep Rubicon. I was taken cared of by Erlinda my super nice service advisor. Again, without any doubt I was very satisfied with her assistance while the technicians were working on my car. She gave me a loaner car to drive home. The following she called and my vehicle was ready. When I arrived the car was already in the driveway and was fully charged and washed. I highly recommend this dealership and especially Erlinda and Mr. Mason who is the Service Director. You won't doubt their ability and knowledge about this brand.

Under new management and WOW! what a great place to buy a car. I have been looking for so long. Great prices, great selection, utmost professionals. Highest praise for Frank Hazem and his team. He is honest, knowledgeable and trustworthy Shout out to John Altizer who made this enjoyable. My highest recommendation

Upon the service of my Advisor Melinda I found her to be professional and accurate at accessing how long and how expensive the services I would need. I have owned Chrysler products most of my driving life. As a employee of the Pipe Trades Association my first vehicle was a Chrysler. I was impressed with her service. I have a few more things for this dealership to do for me. Right now they have surpassed my expectations.

always 5 stars for this specific maintenance department! everytime i go im always welcomed with smiles and positive attitudes. Erlinda usually helps me out and Richard takes my car in right away. While in the waiting room, the manager Myron comes out and sees how I am doing and how he can help. It always seems to have a very smooth flow within the employees and that you can tell that they value their customers. Highly recommend and will continue to come back for the great service!

We were in the market for a PacHy. I spoke to several dealers in the Bay Area and this dealership was the most responsive. Reyes explained about the different trims available. He respected me taking my time to make this decision without calling me everyday and pushing me to make a purchase. The main thing I liked about their dealership is that they don't work for commission.

When I said I only wanted a touring L with the safety sphere, they didn't even try to convince me to purchase the limited that had all the features and was available in their lot. They respected my budget. Alejandro went out of the way to help me out. He found a dealership that had one with my requirements and purchased it for me. Saehee ju went over the terms with me even before I signed a contract. They definitely looked into all the banks and worked with the one that would best fit my situation! I did receive quotations between $800-1200 with the other dealers. Alejandro took his time, reviewed all the banks and gave me a quote significantly lesser than the others.
