Fremont Jet Cab

Fremont Jet cab service is excellent. Arrived 5 minutes before scheduled time.
Followed up with me soon after arrival.

Very professional and friendly. Felt very comfortable.
Arrived destination on time.

I will definitely recommend to any body who would like to have cab services near the Fremont area.

I found this service on Yelp. I called Jet Cab many times and they were right there. I needed a cab at 5am and they were there at my door no problem. It is rare you can find good service. I have called them to pick up my daughter from practice and I felt very safe with them picking up my daughter. I highly recommend this cab service.
They have great customer service and friendly. Also credit card friendly which is a huge plus. Jet Cab has gone beyond the call of duty for me. I so appreciate it. I will continue to use them and recommend them to others.

Short version: he was confused; I walked a half a mile.

As we approached the left turn into my destination's parking lot with no other cars on the road, he changed out of the left lane. I pointed out that my destination was there on the left, he changed back in plenty of time, drove past it anyway, missed two opportunities for a u-turn, drove past a couple of side streets he could've doubled back on, took a right at the next major street, kept going a couple of blocks, at which point I gave up and had him let me out so I could walk a half mile back to where I was going. He had my address on his GPS the whole time; I just don't know what to say. The driver spent the ride on his cell phone talking to someone about his web site; perhaps he's better when he's less distracted.

Lesser issues were a twenty minute wait for pickup when I was quoted 5 or 6, repeating my address and destination multiple times to the dispatcher, then getting a call back from the driver needing them repeated several times as well, the driver running up the meter needlessly just sitting there (I'm not looking for a really agressive cab driver, but if you're not willing to make a perfectly legal right turn on red with no oncoming traffic, then you're driving up the fare for no legitimate reason).

I'd call someone else.

I used yelp to find this taxi service and I am very glad I did. I grabbed his card when being dropped off at my house. Makhan seems to be a nice guy and prompt. Thank you for the great service and next taxi ride I need you will be called!

pretty interesting for such a nice taxi cab. I called it today and they came no later than 10 minutes. Not sure why but they do specialize in pick ups from BART stations to surrounding counties. They were really nice and fast with my request.

I'ts hard to find a safe service you can count on. That why I always call Jet Cab. Very patient and friendly family owned service that I very highly reccomend!

I recently had surgery, and therefore I am not able to drive for a couple of weeks. I was on a tight schedule and after finishing with the physical therapist I was scheduled in to a doctor's appointment immediately after. Makhan was there waiting for me, exactly on time. The vehicle was clean and well kept. I arrived at the doctor's office 5 minutes early.

When I called for the ride home he was there promptly and took me home with no problems. He was curteous and prompt with a friendly and professional demeanor. I will use his services again when necessary. I would not hesitate to recommend him to others.

A good and friendly taxi service in fremont. We chose jet cabs for drop and pickup to San francisco airport. On time and good spacious cars. Booking the cab was so easy through a mail. I highly recommend jet cabs.

I have used jet cab for 4 years now. I first used Makhan's services when i was pregnant and needed rides to my doctors office during the last trimester. Since then I have used him countless times. I just SMS him and he has been on time every time, and never stood me up.
Safetywise, I feel safe to use his cab even during odd time for pick ups from the airport.
Whenever we need pick up from airport after our vacation in india, we call him and we are sure that he will be waiting at the airport.
Reliable everytime - i cannot recommend him enough -

These guys saved my day! Uber bailed on me after accepting my request by saying "Oh uh SFO, I won't go. Mom, he's telling me to go SFO. I'm telling on you...". I called Fremont Jet Cab, the cab was there in 15 mins and dropped me to SFO. Its was the regular cab from BART station nothing fancy but got work done.
