Sherry E.Victoria, Canada01Jul 22, 2024First to ReviewNot so Flawless. I scheduled my first cleaning on June 27 for today (July 22) at 9am. Even asked if I was scheduling too far out and was assured, No, they'll put me on the schedule. I was having renos done and they were to be finished prior.
Imagine my surprise, no confirmation call prior and to let me know the name of the cleaner, nor did anyone show up at 9:00. I waited till 9:30 and left to go about my day. Guess I'm taking my recurring cleaning business elsewhere.

Thank you for sharing your experience. I am truly sorry to hear about the disappointing service and lack of communication you received. After scheduling so far in advance for an important day after renovations, it’s incredibly frustrating not to receive a confirmation call or see a cleaner arrive as promised.
