Friendly Bounce House Party Rentals

Very nice and respectful people! The kids loved the bouncy house with the water slide and played in it all day! This was my first time renting a jumper and I'm more than satisfied with the service. Will definitely be renting with them again.

Great customer service and easy to work with. The jump house was immaculate and the kids had a blast. It was the highlight of the party. The only miscommunication was that we were supposed to get sandbags. I neglected to tell my husband to remind them upon delivery, but I forgot.

Rented a bouncy house from this family-run business for my daughter's birthday party. They were so friendly and easy to work with and my daughter had the best time at her party because she had the bounce house that she wanted! We will definitely rent from them again! Thank you for the memories!

Saturday we had an event planned at a park, long story short some of my guest weren't able to get in due to full capacity .. needed to figure out something and quickly called several businesses for a jump house w/ water for a same day reservations all 5 said no fast, Until I bumped into Gena at Friendly bounce house , she answer the phone with great customer service told her my request and let me tell you SHE saved the day not only where they able to squeeze us in they're dropped off scheduled but they also provided options! AMAZING highly recommend friendly bounce house rentals!

Gena and team have a great customer service as well as quicker response time compared to other vendors in area. They offer the good quality services for lesser price than some of their competitors in the area.

Rented a bounce house for my daughter's birthday. Gena, her husband & daughters are so incredibly sweet! Their princess bounce house made our daughter's birthday so memorable! I contacted many places, but speaking with Gena gave me the confidence to go through with her bounce house. She is so kind & thoughtful! I've already recommended her to my family members. Can't wait for future parties to rent through them again

I wish i can put no star here. How can you ruin a 8 years old birthday. Everything is doing well 1 week before the party then on the day of the party no call, no show, no text nothing at all. Horrible people why are you still in business? I can see that they can read my messages. If you have emergency and you cant make it at all. You could just told me i will understand but with no reply at all that is not right! Dont rent on this place!!! Save yourself a stressful day just to get a hold of them. But communication

Booked a bounce house for my kid's fourth birthday. It was the one thing he'd asked for, and he was so excited about it. I booked with Friendly Bounce House far in advance, confirmed a few weeks before and then a few days before. On the day of the party, they never showed up, and they didn't respond to texts or voicemails. They still haven't gotten in touch with me.

Update: I read the response below. Unfortunately, the drop off time wasn't supposed to be until 1:30, so it's irrelevant that you showed up 45 minutes before that. Nobody was there to receive you at that point, and I don't understand the relevance of smokers standing outside the house. They were just random people, not anyone from our party, as we hadn't even arrived yet. Nobody left me a message, and when I saw that I had missed a call, I called back repeatedly to no avail. Never got a voicemail or a text. A genuine apology might be helpful. I really hate to leave bad reviews for anyone, but this was egregious.

My first time renting a jumper, and it was everything I hoped for. They were super responsive while booking the jumper and explained all options to me. The jumper itself was clean and in perfect condition, they got here and had us set up on time. It made our daughters birthday and was a hit among the kids and parents alike! Will definitely recommend

They came through big time with my last minute jump house rental! I called around 9am and a jump house was delivered by 11am. AMAZING. communication was great, drop off/pick up and payment was easy. Will definitely recommend and rent again from them!
