      I'm sure they will. We had our furniture delivered to Lodi (for a minimal fee) and they were very efficient and cleaned up everything when finished.

      I went to furniture outlet because of the positive yelp review and I am sure glad I did. Most furniture places do the hard sell, furniture outlet does not, they are there to help but don't pressure you to buy. Shawn was great, he answered my questions and provided me with the warm and fuzzy feeling you want when making a purchase such as this. On top of that they gave free delivery and the setup went flawless despite them having to wind their way up my stairs which is not an easy task.

      My first purchase was a bedroom set. I was so impressed with Shawn and furniture outlet I had to come back for couches. I checked several other furniture stores but there really is no reason to check out any other place with Shawn in town, Shawn and furniture outlet are better hands down, customer service and price!!!

      This place may very well be small in size but huge with well put together furniture and excellent customer service. We purchased sectional furniture from RC Wiley's and it was delivered without the parts. Needless to say it was returned. Decided to branch off to the Furniture Co and we found what we were looking for. Shawn was so welcoming , very calm and patient also, a good listener.
      If you want quality furniture this is the place.
      Don't let the size of the store fool you.

      Furniture Co is now closing and Shawn took our money and ran. He still owes us furniture so now we are screwed. The current group is selling off whatever is left in the store and then they are out. They cannot help us with the furniture because it was Shawn's deal and not theirs so we are screwed. Shawn took all his receipts and records and didn't leave the current group with anything. It was a good run buying furniture from them for 10+ years, but I guess the crook side of Shawn proved to be more powerful in the end. Karma will get you soon!

      I brought a $3000 couch and now I need to use my warranty and the store is closing I can't use my warranty because they have no records of my purchase and they don't want to help anyway i have called the shop countless times and went the store no one is ever here and now that's waste of $3000 just because I can't get new cushions this is more than disappointing. Karma will catch up to you in the end

      The furniture co store (both Shawn and Ray) called me today, the day after my previous review was posted in Yelp. Shawn was being honest and told me that he has read my previous review.

      They (both Shawn and Ray) apologized; and, Shawn have asked me how they can make up their bad customer service that I recently received. Also, Ray explained to me regarding the day of incident that I mentioned in the previous review. Ray stated that they had to deal with other stressful situation (while Ray not feeling well on that day as well), that made both of them being emotional; afterwards, they regretted acting like that.

      As they apologized and provided the good service overall, I am moving up the stars. I also added a full view of my customized sofa looks like, so the customers can view.


      P.S.
      This was my second time shopping and spending a lot of money at this store. The thing I liked when I shopped this time was that, if you choose certain brands that they carry, you can get the premium sofa customized (customizing such as choosing your own style and color for your fabric, selecting the size of sofa, and getting rid of accessories that you don't want on your sofa) with the good price.

      Amazing customer service! It's been almost a year now since I've had my beautiful couch. I was nervous getting my first ever piece of furniture but I knew I went to the right place when I got to the store. The positive reviews drew me to this place and my interactions with Shawn and Ray throughout the whole process was stress free! I like that you're able to customize a lot of the pieces and make it your own. They really try to work with you so that you can build your home and be satisfied.
      The delivery process also ran very smoothly and they put my couch together quickly.
      If you're in need of furniture this is the place to go!

      During the sale everything went great. Ray was good to deal with and we were happy with the purchase. The issues started a year and a half later when the cordless recliner stopped working. Ray offered to send his guys out to look at it. It took some time to get them out, but they did try to get it to work, but couldn't. They said they'd go back to the office and contact the manufacturer. I never heard back. Since they never told me the name of the manufacturer, I had to track it down via Google. The manufacturer, Parker House, was extremely helpful. With their help, I was able to confirm that it was a faulty battery and could be replaced under the 3-year warranty. Parker House just needed confirmation from the store of when and where I bought it. I talked to Ray and he was extremely rude and unhelpful. He insisted that it wasn't under warranty and that Parker House wouldn't help. Fortunately, Parker House honored the warranty anyway and I was able to install the new battery myself and the recliner is working again.

      AMAZING place and second to none SERVICE!!!!
      My wife and I went out looking for a sectional or a sofa/love seat for our new place, I did my homework by yelping best furniture stores and did some research on what material, cushion, wood framing and brands to look for. We looked at multiple stores and were not very satisfied... there was a lack of information given or what we thought were overly priced. We narrowed our choice to a sectional and a sofa/love seat we both liked at another store, we left due to the store closing and undecided on which one to get. I decided on going to Furniture Co. after reading all their great reviews. I had previously passed on Furniture Co. due to the location, and let me tell you, after walking in, this place is bigger than what you see from the outside. The furniture they have is well-known furniture brands. Shawn introduced himself and showed me right to all the sectionals and sofa/loveseats. He was very informative and gave me a great price on a couple of pieces I loved. I told him I would be back with my wife the next day. When my wife and I arrived, Shawn greeted me by my first name, he remembered. I showed my wife what Shawn previously showed, but she was still undecided. We asked Shawn if he could get the exact sofa/loveseat my wife really liked at the previous store, but he didn't have them in the showroom. He was able to find it online and beat the other stores price easily and promised he could get them delivered in a week. The delivery guys were just as good as Shawn's service, 5 star!!! Shawn went above and beyond and now has my business for life. Thank you so much, Shawn!

      I am very disappointed in the quality of the couches I purchased. They broke apart quickly and the cushions have all flattened. The picture posted is the back of the couch. It's not a small trim piece but the part you lean on and expect to be sturdy. Seeing as it's only put together by staples I can see why it fell apart so quickly. I will not return or recommend this establishment.

      Most of the framing of the couch was only stapled in place resulting in both sofa and loveseat quickly falling apart.

      We went to so many different furniture shops looking for the perfect couch. Everywhere we went, we received a "We can get this to you in 6 months". We tried out Pottery Barn, West Elm, Restoration Hardware, and saw this review when we were searching in the Folsom area. They had really good reviews and ratings so we gave it a shot. The parking lot is a little sketch but we were surprised at the customer service and options. We found a couch that we could customize and are very happy with the end results. We were quoted a 3 month wait time but it arrived within 2! The delivery was organized and they cleaned up after.

      Highly recommend!

      First timers here saw all the great reviews and it was close to home so we decided to come by to look for a bed frame. Walked in and was greeted by a gentlemen name Shawn. We looked but we didn't see what we wanted on the show floor so Shawn told us he had a whole catalog we can look at to look for what we wanted. Finally found what we wanted and he said it would take about 10-14 days to be delivered. So everything seems to be going okay until we got it delivered and assembled. The gentlemens that came spoke little to no English which was fine. As long as everything was done. So after the frame was put together I ask the gentlemen if it's okay if they can put the bed on the frame to make sure it fit okay. But one of the gentlemen gave me the money sign with his hands and said it's gonna cost me extra. I'm 6 months pregnant and was planning on giving them a $40 tip. But after he gave me that smirk and said it's gonna cost me extra I said forget it I'll just do it myself. No thank you.
