Fuse HVAC, Refrigeration, Electrical & Plumbing

Our HVAC was inspected and found to have a bad motor by a different provider, who refused to work on replacing the same as it was under warranty. Fuse came forward without any issue and gave the quotation as well as honored the inspection report provided by the other service provider. Customer care was very good to speak to and handled all communications with emasculate detail. The quote I received for the service was quite reasonable and less than what I had expected! Not many companies would honor an inspection from a different company but they did!

The did carry out an expedited shipping of the motor under warranty and it arrived within 2 business days at no additional cost to me! The service was scheduled between 8 - 9 AM. Technician, Kostas arrived sharp at 8 AM. Fuse even sent me the details of the technician 30 minutes before the arrival along with a photo of Kostas! I can very well see the attention to detail this provider has for the morning service! Kudos!

Kostas took exactly 1 hour to complete the job. He also was kind enough to brush out the dust from the air filter area and installed the new filters for us. He tuned the HVAC after thoroughly checking the temperature output of the heated air coming from the vents in each room. I loved the meticulous nature with which Kostas handled the service as well as left a few tips on how to save energy and maintain the new motor.

They provided a very detailed invoice and pictures of the parts of the HVAC and the complete details of the job performed.

Overall I am very very happy with the service provided by Fuse HVAC. Highly recommend them for your HVAC maintenance or repair work. Resounding and riveting 5 stars!

Showed up on time, extremely professional, very diligent, patient with all of our questions/provided explanations, great with dogs. :) This was installation for a heat pump/AC unit and they encountered challenges with our older home (ie, narrowness of the HVAC closet, had to re-wire, etc.) that they had to work around. They stayed late to get the job done (after asking us if it was okay and we agreed) and I appreciated that they still didn't rush and made sure everything was working correctly and properly wrapped, sealed, etc. And then they did a pristine job cleaning up afterwards - like they did every day. Would not hesitate to recommend them and we will specifically request this team if we need to use Fuse again! Thanks guys!!

After reading my first review (see below), the business reached out to me and apologized for the ordeal that I had to go through. They also issued me refund for the entire amount that I had paid them to diagnose as well as repair.
By this time, the other AC repair company finished the repairs of my compressor and the AC started working again, which confirms that the compressor was the problem to begin with.
I just wish that they had accepted their mistake when I called in to report it, rather than have me resolve the issue in this fashion. I'm updating the review because they accepted their mistake and I want to give them a benefit of doubt on the assumption that they have other technicians who are better than the one who came to my place.

I used them 3 times:

1) They correctly diagnosed what was wrong with our central HVAC and fixed it.
2) They replaced a light switch.
3) They replaced a light switch and installed a bathroom light fixture.

The technician Vitalii was professional, friendly, and thorough in his work. Highly recommend this business.

Excellent professional service at a great introductory price. $99 for flushing water heater and checking system. Mario was on time, easy to work with and very informative.

With the full amount paid, and system up running, we felt the sound is louder than expected. I contacted FUSE, they had PM came to my house to look at the issue, and gave immediate solutions/options (even if main cause of the issue could be my old house's space limitation). They sent 2 people came to my house again, adding additional insulation in the return, also changed one pipe's direction, they have all the additional efforts, labor and materials for free, I really appreciate the efforts.

And this time Alex and Nick came for this job, very polite professional guys, they did a great job!

I would say FUSE is a HVAC vendor you could always trust, they have great customer service and being very responsible.

To begin, they contacted me. After a few communications they only frustrated me more. They actually sent me a picture of the leak. Why had I not seen it before? Then they explained that I approved the estimate. Irrelevant to the fact that it wasn't fixed by them!

Really good experience with Shtefan and Eric helping me to replace the water service line.
Shtefan showed up right on the appointment time for a free estimation, analyzed the situation in detail to me, provided 2 options of a temporal fix or replace it with copper pipe. Total price is reasonable.
I choose to go with the complete replacement, and they provided a same day service even though I decided late in the afternoon.
During the work, I wanted to learn and asked a lot questions, and they were super friendly to share their knowledge. Really appreciated.
They did finish the job right on the promised time with high quality. They also took care of my toilet plumbing issue at the same time without additional charges. They also went me through a regular check for AC, water heater and sprinkler system. Really nice work!

Very thankful to Fuse for diagnosing and fixing my electrical emergency. Friendly crew, knowledgeable and reasonable pricing.

Shady business, got quoted a price with rebates in writing. After installation they said rebate was applied but never provided the rebate. Got ghosted by sales afterwards the job was done.

The installers are very good, and no complaints there.

Fuse reached out afterwards and reimbursed the golden State rebate as well, so updated review. No qualms with workers or installation, everything went smoothly
