I found Edgar on Yelp while panicking over a situation with our home in Bodega Bay. Despite it being a holiday weekend, he was able to come the same day we called, which was a huge relief. Edgar was professional, thorough, and provided excellent advice on what to look out for in the future. We are very grateful for his help and highly recommend him!

Edgar is a gift! He's great at what he does but even better he took time to explain how our septic system works, even sharing photos and diagrams and walking us through what to do if the pump ever goes out. He was responsive and communicative, showed up on time (despite having to navigate a fallen tree in the road to get to our place!) and pumped our two tanks in record time. Edgar is knowledgable, a good communicator, responsive, service oriented, and good to work with. My cabin in western Sonoma County is pretty remote. I called G septic to empty the black water from my trailer. Not only G septic was a way better experience than the last place I used. The owner was quick to respond, and then he also gave me a better price. When he was here, he not only pumped my black tank, but emptied my grey tank as well, which the previous company did not. Definitely going to continue using this company
