Very happy with the service provided by Galaxy. Their technician, Ratmir, was very professional and helpful. He showed up on a Sunday and swiftly solved our HVAC issue (which thankfully was minor). He also cared about educating me, so I know how to solve similar small issues myself in the future.

We initially called Galaxy out to check out our old and failing AC set up. Eddie came out for the consultation and it was immediately clear that he knew what he was doing. I can't recommend Galaxy, Eddie and his team enough. Such great service, knowledge, communication, work ethic and dedication to the customer. They went above and beyond to deliver for us and complete a pretty tough job that we had with our set up. He also helped us get the best deal for what we needed.

If your HVAC is giving you issues just call Galaxy. Of course ask for Eddie, but given every interaction I had with the entire Galaxy team I think you'll be in good hands regardless of who you work with.

I requested quotes for replacing my existing AC+gas furnace with an electric variable speed compressor heatpump as well as a separate quote for a ductless electric minisplit heatpump for an office room that doesn't get cooled evenly by the existing HVAC system.

Matt was really professional, walked me through my home and explained the existing setup and gave me a list of options to consider. He even made sure to stress that my existing setup was likely enough for my needs if I wasn't very set on replacing the gas furnace. I had tons of questions and he patiently answered all of them.

Ultimately, I decided that it wasn't the right time, but I would highly recommend reaching out to them as they will tell you what they think is best for your home versus what is the most they could charge you.

My HVAC fan failed and I called out another company before Galaxy. They tried to sell me a major costly (over $1.5k upgrade) and a week for parts. Galaxy came out, identified the issue by troubleshooting deeper, and fixed it on the spot. Turns out it was a controls issue, not a major component failure. Robert was my technician and he nailed it.

Total scammers. Do not call. Asked for a simple fix on our system and was proposed a $40K solution. Yes, $40K.
Asked technician to leave four times. He would not leave. My wife and I had to call the police.

My air conditioning recently stopped working during PEAK heat! Indoor temperature went all the way up to the 80s, and my cats were starting to complain. So I sent out a few quote requests on Yelp. I got responses like "please call us at this number" and "we are booked out, sorry"... Meanwhile, Ann from Galaxy helped me make an appointment through the Yelp chat system itself. No phone calls! We spoke on Saturday and I got an appointment for Tuesday! I was glad that they could get a technician out so soon. On Tuesday, Eddie from Galaxy came out and within minutes had figured out the cause of my problem. He had the replacement part in his truck, and in a few more minutes had the system back up and running again. Getting service from Galaxy was such a smooth experience. I'm definitely going to them the next time I need any HVAC work done!

I highly recommend Galaxy. We contacted several vendors for estimates on a furnace replacement and ultimately went with Galaxy. Michael, who did the initial consult, the office folks who handled scheduling, and Roman and his crew, who did the install, were great to deal with--extremely pleasant and professional. We appreciated the time Michael spent discussing the various options and clearly explaining the pluses and minuses of each. The competitive pricing and post-installation service and customer satisfaction guarantee made our decision easy. The online contract review and approval process was very smooth, as was the scheduling by phone. Roman and his crew were a pleasure to work with. They arrived right on time and finished as scheduled, even though they had to solve an unanticipated thermostat wiring problem. (Which they did a great job on.) Definitely worthy of five stars.

Great service from Ratmir today. My AC unit started blowing warm air when it was 103 degreees outside yesterday. I requested a quote at 7pm and they got back to me the same night and scheduled me for a diagnosis today. Ratmir fixed the issue in about 15 min and now I have cold air coming from my vents again.
