I had been waiting on Rolando to schedule as he was in demand and while several months had gone by, it was worth the wait. Rolando showed up as promised and was willing to work with the neighbor who shared the cost of the new fencing. It was beneficial to wait, as there needed to be removal of acacia trees and stump to allow for the proper replacement. Job started on time and progressed quickly. All are pleased with the finished fencing and cleanup. We will definitely contact Rolando again,

Rolando and his team do excellent work and his estimate came in below several others. I needed a snarl of ivy removed and 75 feet of fence replaced and they knocked it out in 1/2 a week. Rolando is professional and communicates well.

Great small job done quickly and well. I needed a gate added to the front-side of my house. They quoted a reasonable price for the job, and started the next week. Finished building/hanging the gate in a day. It looks great. Quality materials and construction. I would use them again when I need other fencing replaced.

Rolando Garcia & his team rebuilt approx 70ft of my side fence in May2024. The scope included reusing most of the existing redwood fence boards, replacing numerous posts, adding new posts, rebuilding part of the retaining wall beneath the fence, and staining both sides of the fence & retaining wall. The work was complicated with a slope hillside. Rolando's estimate was competitive; pricing for scope changes were reasonable. Despite several changes the fence was completed on time. Rolando is easy to work with; this was easily one of my best experiences working with a contractor..

We recently worked with Rolando and his crew to replace our fence and retaining walls and do some general landscaping. It was a big project and they did an excellent job. Rolando is courteous, flexible, and easy to communicate with. His pricing is transparent and affordable. His crew is skilled and polite. We're really happy with the work they did.

As a remote home investor with a property in Oakland, Rolando and his team made the experience of getting my fence replaced extremely easy. We did a remote quote and he had great communication throughout the entire process. Neighbors hitting me up to get their contact information was definitely a testament to his professionalism. He was knowledgeable about all fence types and stain options. To replace over 60 feet of fence, it took 2 full days and then he became back to stain on another day. We had very few days without a fence and our tenants were extremely happy. He had a great rating when we worked with him and still had very competitive quotes w/ no surprises.

I will start off this review by saying I highly recommend Rolando to take care of your fence and gate needs. When looking to build a brand new side gate and potentially a neighbor fence, I got estimates from approximately five separate small and local businesses. I based my choices on Yelp photos and reviews. What initially caught my attention about Garcia Fencing were the gorgeous photos that his clients have taken the time to post in addition to providing thoughtful reviews with complete satisfaction. And now, I too, am one of those happy clients that want to show off Rolando's beautiful work and see his business flourish.

Rolando took very great attention to my particular safety and privacy requests which involved a specific height, specific locking mechanism, and anti-climb design. I wanted to take our safety even further and purchased metal spikes to add to his project and the installation was included in his estimate without any concerns. Rolando delivered on his agreement on time and quality of work. The result of the side door was even more beautiful than we imagined it to be.

Since we experienced Rolando and his team's solid work ethic, professionalism, attention to detail, quality of work, and excellent communication skills, we were ready to hire them for our second project.

Needless to say, the neighbor fence turned out beautiful. All of our requests were met and the result is leaving us incredibly happy, feeling safer, and grateful for more privacy.

I will use Rolando for any future projects and would recommend him and his hard working crew anytime to anyone. He was very respectful to my elderly mother and loved giving high fives to my little boys. He even made some planter boxes with leftover wood for my mom who loves to garden.

I needed my fence rebuilt (and parts fixed) from last winter's damage . They gave me a good quote. So after getting a few bids, I decided to use them. His work crew were very friendly and finished on time. I even made a few minor adjustments on the project and they accommodated my requests with no problem.
I will definitely use them again on my small projects at home. I am glad I am able to support a small company like them.

Rolando and his team did a great job on our new fence. He was quick to respond, was pleasant to work with and provided the best quote.

Rolando wants to ensure that the customer is happy and if there is anything that seems off, he will fix it right away. We were initially unhappy with the spacing, which was an honest misunderstanding, but he quickly fixed it. We are happy with the final product and we receive lots of compliments on our fence.

It is helpful to have photos to show Rolando so he has an idea of what you want. I think this is a good idea for any home improvement project.

There is another Garcia Fence that can be confusing so make sure you have the right company owned by Rolando.

There was a lot to like with Garcia Fencing. Rolando came out quickly to bid on the job and give a rough estimate of a start date. He checked in and scheduled a time. They actually showed up and did a good job with matching the existing fence style and cleaned up after themselves. My only issue is I had a straight fence line and after they replaced a segment the new fence did not meet the existing fence - by a lot. I had to point this out since I didn't want my dogs to plunge to their deaths through the large gap. Soooo, they stuck a board between the two and called it good (see the pretty picture). Thank goodness a large plant covers this area, but it certainly decreased my overall satisfaction.
