I called Gena today with an issue we are having with our radiant heating system. I explained to him what happened and he told me he would stop by after his couples projects he had on schedule. He called me later asking me to send my address. He showed up within 30min. He explained what could be the issue, but I need to find out where is the zone valve located (it's such an old intricate house). I am happy that he came on time, and responded to my call in a positive way. Most of the companies I had called prior were not willing to help. Even though we are in the process of trying to locate the said valves, I am very pleased with the service so far. I will update my review if and when we find these valves. 5 * all the way so far! thanks Gena for being passionate about your work and educating us about our system.

I called a handful of places in the area when my heater gave out. Many were backed up since it was December and I felt uneasy going with Gena since there weren't too many reviews. I have an older system and some companies said if it was too old they wouldn't even touch it. Gena admitted that my heating system was older but he had enough years of experience to get the job done. He and his son were so polite and even took their shoes off before entering my home. He came by in the afternoon on the day that I called to diagnose the situation and fixed it the next day after purchasing some new parts. He was efficient and affordable. Would definitely hire him again.

Gena is the greatest. He fixed our furnace super fast, for a great price and he was very professional. I'm actually writing this review about six months after service and everything is still working perfect.

I have been a builder for 25 years in San Francisco and Gena is one of the best subs I have ever worked with. They are neat, professional, and respond immediately to any calls. He actually just showed up on a Saturday morning to explain to my plumber how to fix something that he had done incorrectly. I write this review reluctantly because if everyone finds out how great Gena is he will get too busy
The job he did for me was a hot water / radiant heating system for a 4 unit 10,000 square foot building.

I requested quotes from several vendors to fix our radiant heating system that was in a LOCKOUT mode. While most vendors just replied that they didn't work on my system or redirected me to other vendors, Gena from GB Heating & Cooling gave a lengthy response with several troubleshooting tips I could try to restart my system. Based on those recommendations, I was able to fix my system LOCKOUT error and restart my system without a service call. Probably saved me hundreds of $$$. I highly recommend any vendor that tries to help customers save money. Thanks Gena.

One day there was problem with our heating system and I called these guys, came on time, got the job done so quickly and with quality. Overall I was very satisfied with the work. 5 stars & highly recommend.

Highly responsive to an emergency situation with my radiant heat system. Gena managed to fit me in around other projects he had ongoing. And he solved a tricky problem. Highly recommended!

Gena came by within an hour or so and quickly identified our heater's problem (dirty air filter). When replacing didn't fix issue right away, we did some troubleshooting on phone, and he came back early next morning and was able to fix the issue at a very reasonable cost. So glad we only had to endure a super cold house for only a couple of nights -- could have been much worse if we'd waited for the dealer's service people (1st appointment 3 days away). Thanks!

My house heating system stopped working so I looked for someone on Yelp. Gena replied to my email right away, had me get all the info he needed, and came out and did a great job! He was also very nice to deal with. I highly recommend him and his company.

I called with a heater problem and Gena answered right away. He drove across town the same day to check it out. He discovered it was an electrical problem, not a heating problem, and would not charge me anything for his time. What a rare and great thing to happen. Thanks Gena.
