Came here for the optometry for an eye exam and had a great experience. The staff and doctor Chu were so friendly and highly informative. After each eye test, she explained what was being done and what was being tested for. Will definitely be going back for check ups every few years.

I won't rate my Dr., who is decent -- instead I just want to rate their ability to offer a good phone service experience.

1. They rarely answer the phone. I would say 1/10 calls. Be ready to leave a voicemail EVERY time you need to schedule an appointment or ask a question.

2. The people are nice in person, and the facility is clean enough. But if you have to call once a month to set up appointments, the fact that you are always waiting for a call is quite annoying -- compared to many health services that can answer phones at least more than half of the time when you call.

So while I might give this place a 3 overall, I want to leave a 2 to draw attention to this issue, and hopefully they'll see it (someday) and correct it.

Terrible clinic.

The two times my wife has been to this clinic with our baby for a checkup she had to wait over an hour.

They are always running behind and no matter how early you make it to your appointment they will keep you waiting.

The pediatrician's name is: Hannah Santos. She will waste your time.

The optometry is much better though.

I gave a five star is only for Dr Judi Wong. She is my special need daughter's doctor. If not for her, I will rate these place not even one star and find another place and dr for my daughter. Dr Wong always has a smile on her face no matter how busy. She is patience and hear you out as to what the health issue was instead of rushing you in and out. That is the kind of dr you want that really cares about your heath and not just money!

As for the staffs- agreed to the other reviews. Not friendly, long faces and definitely need training on people relationships and work ethics.

As for the imaging Dept. they supposed to close at 5:30pm. Story short- at their window at 5:18pm , light got turn off and the young man sitting at the desk got the nerve to say I clocked out already at :5:20pm and not willing to do anything. I got upset and told him is not time to close yet. And insisted him to that the request and will come back next day to pick up the CD which was also the fault of the Dr Xu staff for not getting the proper information to Seton Hospital for my daughter biopsy. Lucky I checked with Seton and they told me to go back to Dr Xu before my daughter scheduled appt.

So be careful to get all necessary docs if you are to go to do any hospital to do any procedure.

Thankful for Dr Judi Wong.

My husband and I see Dr. Dove Yu for acupuncture; she helps me with my neck pain, migraines and back pain and helps my husband with sciatica. I have been a firm believer in acupuncture since it helped me manage severe menstrual cramps as a teenager, but my husband was a skeptic until his first visit here and was absolutely amazed by the instant pain relief in his hip. Dr. Yu is very thorough and explains what she's doing and also gives tips on how to manage pain at home. She shows genuine care and concern. The facility is clean and pleasant and we never have any wait time.

This review is for Dr. Judi Wong, I have been a patient at this clinic and sunset health services for 6-7 years, prior to Dr Wong being my pcp the Doctors have been uninterested in you as a patient, however Dr Judi , has gone above and beyond for me as a Dr. she actually cares. Taking time out of her day to write me a 6 page paper for my Insurance company. Telling me not to worry about going on Meds and to try weight loss and diet as am alternative. 5/5 for Dr .wong

This clinic is fast and efficient. Doctors, pharmacy, radiology and eye services all in one place. Free parking. Wonderful.

This is the worst clinic I've been to. I wish I could give it less than one star. I have been going there for over two years and every time I say I will give them another chance and I get more disappointed every day. The more surprising part is I know people who reviewed this place before and they keep deleting them. The staff is very inconsistent and very IRRESPONSIBLE. They mistake diagnosis, they can be super rude, you can be lying in bed having an exam and the doctor might just open the door to be handed things (they don't have any curtain in any room), and you can do a test and then they claim that you haven't done it. Oh, and the doctor says she will call you to give you the test results but don't be surprised when she doesn't. You have to keep calling back and remind them of EVERYTHING each time. These are the only few things that happened to me only in the past few months and that I have the strength to write about. The bottom line is: if you want to have more anxiety and waste your time and strength this is the perfect clinic for that matter.

The NP Kelly is nice, but the services and the wait time is not ok. When I called in to schedule, the scheduler is really nice but seems a little different compare to the front desk here! Not sure if it's normal to this health service, scheduled 2pm appt and wait until 2:45 to get to see the NP.

I like to come to this new facility !! Easy parking good staff good doctors, quick pharmacy service.
