Generation Pool Plastering

Just had my 40 year old pool re-plastered and tile cleaned and all I can say is that it is now beautiful!! All of the crews were fantastic from the very beginning to the very end of the project. Attentive to the detail and left the area better than when they arrived. Being in the building industry myself, their crews are what I expect from my own, on time, clean cut and friendly, including excellent at their trade. I would highly recommend them for all of your pool construction needs.

They were extremely proffesional, prompt, cleaned up after job. Extremely fair priced, actually lower that several, but because of their reputation of excellence in what they do we picked them.

They did our job with over expectations, Irma was very nice and helpful to set up times, dates. The company flow ran great, everyone was on time, they were all very experienced. We have in the past been over promised and under delivered by other companies.

This company did the opposite. We are extremely, extremely happy on all levels from start to finish. This is a top notch business!

Generation Pool Plastering re-plastered our pool approximately 8 years ago with Diamond Brite plaster. It has help up great and can't say enough about the level of communication from the company. Every email, text, or call was quickly returned sometimes regardless of work hours. I recently reached out to them again for some advice and they were happy to give it without trying to sell any additional repairs. Can't say enough about this business, will definitely recommend.

September of last year I got a quote to re-plaster my pool. on July of this year I contacted generation to start with a new quote and start the pool plastering. I tried all week (July 17-21) to contact someone, but no one would return by calls to help me. so I given them a bad rating.

My beautiful pool renovation project was just completed in time for the hot days of summer! I have found Generation Pool Plastering's work to be exemplary. My pool looks better than new with the Diamond Brite surface and elegant waterline tile. The owners of the company are an outstanding team providing professional, accommodating, and polite employees that make your pool project a dream come true!!!

Man I can't say enough great things about Generation Pool Plastering and the owner Valentino and his entire crew! Very responsive, always answered my calls (and I called a lot lol) Valentino and Erma always answered, and if the rare occasion they didn't answer, they always called me back right away and answered my questions. I don't know why people on here say that the office staff was rude and non responsive, because that is so far from the truth, Erma always responded to me in a very reasonable time frame and was very polite, every time. My wife and I went to there show room to pick out tile, and she was so nice and patient with us, as we were taking forever, and Erma was helpful, kind and patient. I think the people that were saying otherwise in there review, either need to get there head examined, or they are just the people that think the world revolves around them, or that they are the only customer... unreel!
Valentino's son came and did our tile and you can tell he has passion for what he does, he took the time to make sure everything was perfect, and it was!
Valentino, went above and beyond with my pool, made sure along the way that I was happy with the work and at certain stages he would let me know, now would be the time if you wanted to add anything, I did add a few things and he was more than fair with his pricing, I know because I priced stuff out with several companies, and Valentinos pricing is very competitive, I was blown away!

I'll wrap it up with this, his whole team are excellent workers and take pride in what they do, along with so friendly and respectful!
You can tell that they all love who they work for, I would sit back and watch them work from time to time, and they all got along, we're happy, laughing while still working hard and getting the job done. To me that speaks volume on Generations and how Valentino operates, that's a huge part in why they have been around for so long, along with there amazing work!!! My pool looks amazing, I am more than excited with how it turned out, thanks Valentino and team for all that you guys did for us!!! Your the only company I will use and recommend to everyone!!!

Generation Pool Plastering has been the best professional interaction I've had. From start to finish they were responsive, information, helpful, professional, and affordable. Erma, the office manager, is to the point and quick to respond. I told Valentino that I was on a budget. When I received my estimate he offered some different options and selections that were in my price range. At not time during this process did any employee or representative try to upsell me or make "recommendations" for expensive items. I ended up needing light replacement and they added it without issue and a tech was out to install the next day despite being mid-project. The pool techs were all respectful of my property and my landscaping and gardens were left without a mark. They even washed them off after the demo day. I am so grateful to everyone at this wonderful company and have recommended them repeatedly. I have also run across at least 4 people who have used them and been extremely happy. My pool looks beautiful and I couldn't be happier. Word to the wise, spend the extra money of the Diamondbrite or Pebbletech finishes, the visual difference is stunning and the longevity is greatly extended. It is worth the investment and saves you money over time.

I want to thank Val and his team for the wonderful job on our replaster for our old in-ground pool. The pool is beautiful, the communication was good and each team that came was respectful, knew their job and did a great job!
Their price was fair and most importantly, they got the job done in time for our daughter's wedding in the backyard just like they promised. I could not be happier with the result AND they also set up a guy to fill in a five foot circle with concrete. We had a massive tree removed. The concrete matched our aggregate pretty well.

I appreciate that he has separate crews come that specialize in their own areas- the demo crew, the electrical, the plaster guys and then the clean-up crew- each group did a great job and were efficient.

Don't hesitate to call Val or Erma- they are well priced and do a great job!

Terrible experience. Went to pick out tile and the woman was incredibly rude. Should have backed out then. Pool had numerous issues when finished. No one responded. Finally was able to get the owner's brother out to correct the broken light. Never did get anyone to fix the the rest of the issues. A couple of years later, and I'm still angry when I look at the pool.
