It's rare these days to be able to call a company where real people answer calls and have the patience to listen and take the time to explain the options. Alan, the Project Manager from Genesis was exceptional. He is knowledgeable, professional, and kind, and shows a genuine desire to help people. He came right at the appointed time and was thorough despite his busy schedule. He came to assess if there was too much moisture still in the ceiling drywall from water that had leaked into the suite below mine a week earlier and provide an estimate on the cost to do repairs. Alan double-checked and triple-checked using his various tools. He was very patient to answer all our questions to our satisfaction. I highly recommend Genesis and will use their services again.

Genesis Restorations provided thorough, accommodating, and overall excellent service throughout our experience with them as they renovated our clinic. The additional considerations required to do renovation work in a clinical space were managed smoothly and Genesis was able to fit the work required into our limited time constraints. We were able to navigate the city, infection prevention, and other contractor needs with ease because Genesis took on the brunt of the coordination efforts. The space was left looking even cleaner than it was prior to the renovation and we never had to worry about the work interfering with our patient care. Much appreciated, genesis!

I spoke with a lot of companies about mould problems, without a doubt this company was the most knowledgeable.
They came in and assessed the problem and identified a small leak others had missed that kept causing the mould to return.
That was more than 10 months ago and the house has been mould free ever since.
