Customer service and team here at Geoffrey's is fantastic! Aaron is very knowledgeable and helped me with a custom design for an engagement ring that they were able to replicate. Ladies at the cashier are very sweet and friendly (and always provide some nice chocolate).

They are also great at turn around time for cleaning and resizing and they have a lifetime seal of approval from me!

The showroom is nice, clean yet feels warm and inviting. This included reserved customer spots, water, and campaign. I also liked that it is family run and on a side note the owner is very friendly. Felicia was our sales rep, who we loved. Not just because she also had a pitbull , but she is personable and informative (which I needed because I knew nothing about rings).  We never felt pressured to buy, prices were good, and everything was seamless. That being said , this allowed us to really enjoy and be in the moment for this special experience! I highly recommend this store and Felicia

If I could give Geoffrey's one hundred stars, I would. Geoffrey's is hands down the best jeweler in the Bay Area. My husband and I worked with Sonny to design our wedding rings and we had the most enjoyable, informative, and incredible experience.

Sonny is kind, warm, FUNNY, and extremely knowledgeable and talented at her craft. She made the process easy, seamless, FUN, and went above and beyond quite literally every step of the way. She is a true expert and an absolute professional. We all know large purchases can be overwhelming, but Sonny made the process so easy, special and sweet for us.

I did extensive pricing research prior to coming in and I was SO impressed with Geoffrey's pricing. If you want a wonderful experience, extremely fair pricing (in an industry that often isn't transparent), and a true expert, go to Sonny at Geoffrey's.

Went in to look at some jewelry, and not only was it all beautiful, but the staff made the experience great. Noel and Sonny helped us, making sure we were well taken care of, and bringing out toys so my son could play while we browsed. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and so kind! I walked away with a couple new pieces and they are resizing a ring for me. If you're looking for some nice new jewelry, I highly recommend shopping with Noel and Sonny.

I haven't bought jewelry from Geoffrey's since back when they were in their Laurel Street location.

However, I did recently bring in a bracelet that needed restringing. Good value as well as friendly and professional service.

I'll have to shop there again during the winter for my wife's Christmas and/or birthday present.

I just stopped by here to ask about the best way to untangle a necklace. Felicia was so wonderful! She untangled it for me while I waited and gave me tips for doing it myself next time. I browsed their beautiful selection while I waited. I will definitely be back!
