made an appointment online. received confirmation. drove across town after leaving work early, when I arrived for my appointment the office was closed with a sign saying they were closed until July. They need to update their site when out of town. I would not rely on the appointment system.

He worked on my phone's screen replacement while I waited and was done in less than an hour (about 45 mins). Had problem with aftermarket screen so I returned for original OEM screen for a modest additional cost and it works perfectly. His prices were comparable if not cheaper from what I was quoted by other phone repair businesses and is very friendly. I recommend Getitfixed.

I cracked the screen on my iPhone 11 and was looking for a place to fix my phone that wouldn't charge a crazy amount. I decided to try this place because it was close by even though I didn't really know how much it would cost. It costed me $81 to fix which was perfect for me! Not to mention the 3 month warranty that comes with it. He was also able to fix it in 20 minutes compared to other places I know that would take hours or even the next day. This would definitely be my go-to place if my screen gets cracked.

I brought in my father's iPhone to get the charging port repaired. It was extremely full of dirt and the screen saver was badly in need of replacement. I was not confident I could do the repairs on my own. GetItFixed did a great job and it was very fast. I recommend this business. My Apple iPad Gen 7 tablet fell off the counter on to a stone floor and the screen shattered. Since this was my first time breaking a screen, I wasn't sure what to do. Living in the Sierras I knew there wasn't a local shop, so I turned to Yelp. I found Getitfixed and called them. Sergei answered the phone immediately and explained how he could do the repair and the cost. So I made the 1 hour 20 minute drive to meet up with him. His repair was flawless and fast. If you want excellent service, this is your go to guy.

When I called, was quoted a lot less than other places and they also had the part in stock. When I dropped it off they said it would be done in a couple hours. Phone look perfect, thanks!
