      I have had a mixed experience here. If I was looking for parts or advice, this is hands down the place to go. If I'm looking for a used washer, however, buyer beware. I'm more mad at myself than them because I saw a dirty washer and thought, maybe they'll drop the price. Looking back, that was a braindead idea. All used washers are going to have filth between the drum and the tub. I totally picked the washer from hell. There was even a transmission leak that I initially thought was my fault for transporting it on its side. They replaced the transmission but left the tubs dirty as is. Well, I wasn't happy getting bits of oily gunk all over my clothes. I tried cleaning all that gunk but centrifuged, aged oily lint is literally impossible to clean. I called and texted a picture of the gunk I found and they did the right thing by offering me a refund although they have a strict no refund policy. So my one star review is now a 4 because I want this business to do well and know it's a struggle. There are too many things going to landfill and though older appliances are built to last, most people just buy new things. I'm pretty sure my situation was the worst case scenario. But hey, I learned a ton about washers.

      Gross and oily. Wish they cleaned it while they put the new transmission in...
      Leak from transmission. I thought it was my fault for transporting it on its side at first, but oil was inside too

      called in an needed a part, the heating element for my dryer. April took care of it made sure the model was good. Service was efficient and to the point. Thank you

      I called the store 5pm and the lady was trying to be as helpful on the phone as she could. I went into the store and bought a 3 n 1 jump start for fridge. She said if I have any questions or advise to call Tim. I went him and installed but the compressor wouldn't come on. I called Tim and he answered. He was nice and said text him the info and he will try to make it out that day. So I send him a follow up text and he apologizes and said he can possibly be out the next day as he will be near me. I text Tim the following morning advising I would be home all day. I got no reply. I text him again and no reply. I then call the store and speak with his wife and the earliest appointment is Thursday. Worst customer service ever. You have lost a customer and I will be telling people not to go here. They don't care if your fridge is out of commission. Empty promises with mo response.

      It's a good resource for those rare occasions when you need a part and can't possibly wait for two days for the same factory OEM part to arrive from an online source. You'll pay twice as much, literally. Plus have to drive to get it, and in my experience, their answer is always "We don't have it in stock, but we can get it from the warehouse (late today, or tomorrow." But when you need it badly and can't wait an extra day (broken fridge maybe?), it's great to have an outlet in the region you can drive to for picking up a needed part.

      (Edited to clarify that I'm comparing pricing only on factory OEM vs factory OEM parts)

      I just bought a new home that I plan on moving into in a few weeks I just needed a quick fix for the dryer that's in my present rental home. I was very impressed with the patience and technical advise that I was given over the phone. I was planning on buying a new washer/dryer set from a big box store, but I am now planning on buying a used set from these folks...with a great warranty!

      My parents purchased a washer/dryer from them a few months ago. Delivered on time, and as expected.

      Had a small warranty issue with a slightly wiggly control panel on the washer--low priority stuff, especially considering the simple fix, and that my parents live 40 min from the showroom. It took a nudge or two, but they eventually came all the way out to my parent's home to tighten a screw on the control panel. I don't expect much else to go wrong with the washer/dryer anytime soon, so I do recommend Gianelli's!

      This family owned business most definitely knows what Customer Service is all about . I found them by checking out places in my area and choose them due to 5star rating and their knowledge as well as expertise in the business .They most definitely deserve a 5star rating, they are honest and will take care of your appliance/ service Needs
