Gillibus

Gillibus canceled my event less than a week beforehand, after I had booked it 5 months in advance. Didn't explain why. I wouldn't recommend working with Gillibus.

I don't write many reviews but this one is for the fact that I had the best 30th birthday (90's-themed) party ever, partially thanks to Gillibus and their bus driver, Robert, for an awesome afternoon brewery hopping from Alameda Island to Treasure Island to a final drop-off at a pub in San Francisco for dinner.

Alex was easy to interact with via emails from the get-go and helped my fiancé and I with route recommendations. The pricing was all transparent from the beginning and that was helpful. Our driver, Robert, arrived on time the day of and was super pleasant to have.

The speaker was working great -- just had to Bluetooth in my iPad for music (make sure your music on the device is downloaded ahead of time in case you lose reception). When we went under the tunnels, the party lights came on and it really took the party to a whole new level.

All in all, everyone on the bus had an amazing time and I'd definitely recommend Gillibus if you're looking for a great time on a unique party bus!

P.S. We rented out the Charlie bus, which has lots of seatings, a cooler, trash cans, and party lighting.

Taking the Gillibus to Sonoma was the perfect way to celebrate finishing residency! We got to dance, enjoy each other's company and drink wine without worrying about DDs or logistics. Chris did an amazing job and was very accommodating even when things did not go as planned. Would definitely do again.

What an AMAZING day my friends and I had on the Gillibus a couple Saturday's ago. I got married the night before and decided to bring everyone from the wedding to Sonoma the next day for a little wine tasting before my husband and I went on our honeymoon.

When looking for busses to take us, I went through a huge list of companies in the bay. By far and away, Alex was the most helpful about the bus I needed, the timing, and made everything so smooth. On the day, our driver Robert was phenomenal. He called me in the morning and asked if we needed anything (cups, ice, booze, etc.) and picked up all the last minute items I had completely forgotten about (I had other things on my mind with getting married and all). He was so chill and nice the entire time even though I'm sure all of us were obnoxious drunk assholes by the end of it.

It really was the perfect end to an amazing wedding weekend. I can't wait to rent with Gillibus again!

Words can not describe what an amazing time we had on the Gillibus this past Saturday.
Not only did Alex, the owner, help me organize a plan for my "moving" party! But he had only a weeks notice to help me plan it. The timing was so convenient and we were able to have the bus for 4 hours that afternoon.
Our Gillibus driver, Robert, was so helpful and fun! We had such a blast going to different spots around the city and going to different bars.
5/5 stars because it was such an amazing time, definitely recommend for anyone that likes to party and have an awesome time

Gillibus was the most fantastic experience I've ever had riding a party bus in SF! Chris was the absolute MAN and he totally hooked it up that night. Without a doubt would recommend, and specifically recommend Chris :)

When I say this was the best birthday yet, I mean it. The Gillibus is more than just a party bus, it's an entire experience!!! Chris was the MAN!!! Definitely the life of the party and the best driver we could've asked for. I 10/10 recommend and can't wait to do it again!!

Gillibus is NOT just a ride to the party. It's a funky, jam filled, head turning experience. Forget those other companies that lack character and just take you from one place to another. Our crew actually ended up spending more time on the bus than off of it. It's like a moving bar! Driver was so friendly and took us wherever we wanted. Also, Alex was so knowledgeable about the Bay Area and beyond. He knew of all the cool lookouts and funky bars and gave us so many recs up and down the coast.

Gillibus saved us after another company canceled on us with less than 24 hours' notice!

Alex is great - Handled our windy journey like a pro and had the best jams!

One of the most absolute fun things you can do in San Francisco. With the city losing its culture and all of the fun things that made San Francisco what it is... these buses are always packed with really cool people some that you know some that you wish you knew always going to the coolest destinations in the Bay Area.
I have been on these buses number of times and every time it was a great time and always a little bit different.
