My journey to finding The Gimbel Law Firm came from the frustration I had after the following care my employer gave due to my injury during work. In the beginning of my injury, I was also getting sent lengthy documents asking me to sign and having me talk with insurance representatives when all I really wanted to do was focus on my care. From my experience the doctor I was initially seeing was only prioritizing my employer's needs rather than the needs of my care. I got so angry after the fourth visit that I then realized I had to find someone who understood the legality of my case. I then Google searched "Best lawyer for worker's compensation" and came across Peter's Yelp reviews. I read the reviews and I knew that this law firm would be the best fit for me. My first appointment set the tone for my care. I could tell that Peter's experience and passion to advocate for a person such as myself was genuine. My experience has been exemplary ever since that first appointment with Peter.


The Gimbel Law firm has by far been the biggest advocate for me. Peter took the time to support me during a very difficult and stressful time where I felt the most vulnerable. Peter and his team will always have a special place in my heart. Peter took my case, it was like a burden lifted off my shoulders. From guiding me to quality care to never having to read a document regarding my case, to never having to speak to an insurance, representative. I did not want to get an attorney for my claim because I truly believed I could handle it myself - I was wrong. I let it ride out to the point a treatment I couldn't live without for my chronic pain was denied, to realize I couldn't do it on my own. Having a WC case is mentally draining, but once I hired Mr. Gimbel, all the stress and anxiety of managing this claim, went away. He is a phenomenal attorney and person and you will be in the best hands possible. I highly recommend anyone with a WC case to see him because he will ensure you justice in this system that seems unfair a lot of the time. Don't be like me and wait until things go awry, I could have saved a lot of time and stress.

This review is way over due. I was referred to Peter half way through my workers comp claim. After months of back and forth with the WC claims adjuster, who made me feel intimidated and made me feel I didn't have many choices, I retained Peter. He immediately took action, and guided me through every step of this claim. He educated me and made sure I knew what my options and rights were.
