Incredible customer service that is leaving us compelled to write a 5 star review. We came in to test out American Leather sleeper sofas. Everyone was so hospitable and went out of their way to help us with our sleeper sofa purchase. They were even so accommodating to our toddler and brought him a book for entertainment.

We are still early in our purchasing journey but given the positive experience we had with Giorgi Brothers we are definitely planning on buying items from here in the future.

They're also not on commission and you get a great experience from everyone you chat with!

When my wife and I wanted to purchase a heirloom quality leather sofa and love seat set we chose Giorgi Bros because they are a family owned business. Having been in business since 1933 they have garnered a long standing excellent reputation for quality furniture and stellar customer service. And our purchase of high quality Hancock & Moore custom made leather sofa and love seat set from Giorgi Bros has been the most amazing and rewarding experience.

When we experienced a manufacturer quality control issue soon after delivery of our custom leather furniture purchase (not Giorgi Bro's fault) Tom Giorgi became the most amazing customer advocate we have ever experienced. His dogged perseverance for over a year, and exceptional customer service following our request for assistance with our original Hancock & Moore furniture purchase was a beautiful thing to experience.
The end result was a new luxurious European leather furniture ensemble worthy of the wide acclaim for which Giorgi Bros is known. And knowing it is aniline dyed through and through, making it true heirloom quality offers such peace of mind for my wife and I.

If you are looking for a piece of high quality furniture, if you want experts in leather, fabrics, design, quality, and exceptional customer service... it's a no-brainer here. It is comforting knowing that Giorgi Bros is a local family owned business and their excellent reputation for satisfied customers for many generations is all you need to know.

I have been purchasing quality home furnishings for decades from this fabulous, family owned/operated business. They are kind, knowledgeable, honest and trustworthy. Love this place, needed warranty work and they were right on it with the company who made my couch and took care of it ASAP. Best prices around too. Crew showed up to replace cushions and did a great job!

I had the best experience here. I was shopping for a formal dining room table for my new house. I had previously purchased a large solid marble table years ago from Giorgi which I truly loved, but it was too big for my new place. I had shopped at other furniture stores but had no luck finding the right table. Then I was reminded that I bought my marble table at Giorgi. I went online and saw immediately a few tables that were what I had in mind. I called the store (5 mins before closing) and Angie Velarde answered the phone. In spite of how late it was, she looked up the prices of the tables and invited me to come in the next day to look at them and other selections. Angie was incredible. She patiently listened to my story of where I was moving and what I was looking for. I showed her the chairs I was keeping (also purchased at Giorgi) and she went over other tables that might go with that formal style. She was simply fantastic. By the end, it seemed like I made a new friend. She is the epitome of what excellent customer service is. The table was on the pricey side, but the fun I had it certainly made it worth it. Thank you Angie, and the other sales people I joked around with, for such a great morning.

I think, perhaps, Mick Jagger was singing about Angie Velarde at Giorgi Bros. She's the salesperson you hope and pray for when you're ready to drop a chunk of change, in that she's not really a salesperson. The product sells itself and she knows everything about it. She knows the business like the back of her hand, her design style is impeccable, and you can trust if she's saying it, it's true. She's eloquent, understated, and full of knowledge. If you need furniture, go straight to Giorgi Bros. If you need a salesperson/designer extraordinaire, ask for Angie.

My partner and I went here to browse for a new couch a few weeks ago. We had no intention to buy that day, we just wanted to get an idea of what was out there.

The sales team was so friendly and helpful with questions that we decided if we were going to buy a couch, this was the place to do it. So we bought our new couch yesterday!

Michael was the one who helped us initially the first time we went in - we were super happy that he was there to help us make our final decisions and explained the ordering/delivery process. It was nice to learn that they'll also take our 40-year-old couch away for a fee when the new one is delivered.

We were really surprised to learn they don't work on commission. It made the experience way more comfortable, we didn't feel pushed or upsold.

They have a nice big showroom with so many options!!

The only bummer is the manufacture time - they were, however, very conservative in estimating the timing. This part is totally not in their control, and I mention this because if you're wanting a new couch, don't hesitate, just do it and buy here!

Also someone, please buy the green velvet couch in the back. I wanted it but my partner wouldn't let me get it :(

Tl;dr we purchased a bed frame here on December 19, under the impression that if we bought it that day (and not a day later!) it would ship on the December 21. It's now February 14 - we're still sleeping on the ground, our frame is yet to ship, and Giorgi Bros hasn't said a word to us unless we call.

Update: we have cancelled our order. During cancellation they didn't even acknowledge the December ship date we were initially given, which leads me to believe it was never going to happen.

This store is huge! Tons of selection and styles for almost everyone. The prices range from average to high end - if you're looking for budget furniture, this probably isn't the place for you.

The customer service here was...fine. It took us standing around the counter trying desperately to get someone's attention before someone even asked us if we needed help. When we eventually did get help however, the people were friendly and accommodating.

Now for why this is a two star review:
We purchased a bed frame on December 19. While deciding if we wanted to pull the trigger, the sales associate helping us told us a truck was scheduled to leave on December 21 and had just enough space for our frame - she explicitly said if we took too long to decide, we'd have to wait for the next shipment, and who knows how long that could be? She did help sweeten the deal with free delivery, so we decided to make the purchase.

About three weeks later and not having heard anything from the store, we decided to call. To our surprise, the shipment was delayed until February 9 - seven weeks after our expected ship date. We understand that with Covid related delays and issues, things happen. But if we hadn't called, it doesn't seem like the store would have cared enough to tell us. Instead of cancelling, we decided to wait - we like to support local businesses, and at this point, we didn't think we'd be able to get something sooner anyway.

Fast forward another month, to February 14 (today). I called the store, hoping to hear our bed was on the way. Instead, I learned that shipment has been delayed AGAIN, this time until February 22. This time they offered a myriad of reasons - maybe the bed was actually out of stock when we ordered, maybe it was held up at customs, maybe the production was slowed. They offered to call the shipper for us and let us know, and...that was about it.

We completely understand that Covid has made business difficult and unpredictable. However, we find it hard to excuse this absolute lack of communication - if we hadn't called the store twice, would they have bothered to so much as check on our order? We've been sleeping on the ground for 2 months after spending nearly $1700 on a bed frame, and at this rate we have no idea when that will end.

We had high hopes shopping here, and still have a little hope (maybe foolishly) that they can deliver what we paid for. This review will be updated either the next time we call and hear the same news, when we get our bed, or if this continues, when we cancel our order.

This is a long overdue review for a company that's always provided amazing customer service, fantastic products, and has been recommended to all of our family and friends.

Over the last decade, we've purchase over a half dozen items from Giorgi Bros -- a Whittier Wood bedroom collection (a dresser, a chest of drawers, two side tables), a Stuart David coffee table, and more recently a Simply Amish custom media chest, a full dining room set (trestle expandable leaf table with 6 chairs), and a king bed. Each item has been more impressive than the next. The store sales reps have been fantastic at fielding my super detail-oriented questions along the way for each -- how the trestle works, finish options to match current pieces, etc.

Just recently, when we experienced some manufacturer-related design / QC issues with the support system for a bedframe (not Giorgi Bro's fault -- it was improperly cured/buckled wood in the support slats resulting in motion issues), Tom Giorgi went out of his way to order a replacement full rolled slat system from the designer. Not only that, but he took our entire bedrame back into the shop (yes, they have a workshop, unlike most other stores) to improve upon the support system to stabilize it beyond what the manufacturer designed, adding adjustable legs, bolting additional slats to the rails, screwing the slats to the center post in more places, etc.. Tom did all this not because he had to, but because he wants his customers to be happy and to return to their store. We are, and we will.

If you want more than a piece of furniture... if you want experts in design, quality, and customer service... it's a no-brainer here. The cherry on top is that this is and has been a local family owned business for generations, so the folks at Giorgi Bros know their reputation precedes merely just a purchase.

Side note: to the reviewers below who complained about shipping delays, you do realize that this isn't within their control, right? The manufacturing delays on wood items in the US as a result of Covid globalization disruption is well know -- just like it is for chipsets that's caused automotive delays. Giorgi Bros were up front with us that delays are likely to be seen due to this and gave us a conservative estimate (that they actually beat) -- almost every furniture store post 2020 will tell you the same thing. Manufacturers are struggling to keep up with inventory creation due to the supply chain issues on wood and foam. There's also been more demand with so many at home staring at what furniture pieces to add/upgrade.

Where we found other less-toxic fabrics, where we donated our old upholstery instead of sending them to pollute landfills, and more reasons to avoid synthetic fabrics:
