Gina & Mario from Glass America did a fantastic job in getting me in today.
We were going to another place and they dropped the ball going from 2 hours to 6 to 7 hours and I called my insurance company and they told me about this place and they had me in and out under 2 hours.
Gina and Mario did an outstanding customer service and care.
I will come back when I even need service.

My insurance told me to come here to get my windshield replaced. A small rock had hit my windshield and left a crack across....

Luckily I only had to pay a deductible of only $100, otherwise who know how much it would've cost!

Quick service and it is great quality. Been a year since it has been replaced and is still holding up well. Good customer service as well.

When I called my insurance company about a chip in my car windshield, they told me that the vendor would call me within 48 hours. Glass America called within 10 minutes, and I had an appointment set for them to come to my place a couple hours later. The technician came and was extremely polite and explained everything to me. About 15 to 20 minutes later, he was done. He explained the warranty and made sure I was satisfied before leaving.

They are going to take care of billing my insurance which definitely makes this a great value!

I truly hope I don't need their services again, but if I do have a windshield repair a replacement need I know where I'm going to go!

Glass America is a life saver.
Safelite made me wait 2 weeks only to cancel the day before window installation and then they told me I would need to wait 5 more weeks.
The rain made it so this was not an acceptable option - I called glass America and the team worked hard and made arrangements on my behalf to procure the necessary window and even drove to my home to install it.

Honest people who know their stuff. My Toyota scion needed a windshield replacement; initial quote based on the VIN said I needed a recalibration with it ($300) but once I got there they checked to confirm, saying they'd not seen a Scion need that before, and I didn't have a camera on the windshield so didn't need the calibration. Windshield was replaced quickly and everything was very straightforward. Customer service folks on the phone were very nice and helpful too.

Located in a plaza with other auto shops, so find the one at the corner with the Glass America vans parked inside. Got my windshield replaced here which took 2 hours including the camera recalibration. I'm no car expert, but my new windshield looked fine. Waiting room is small but there's a TV running, snacks and beverages available, and a restroom.

Glass America was great to work with for my cracked windshield replacement. Gina was very friendly and communicative. They handled everything with insurance for me.
There was a small hiccup during the windshield replacement but they more than made it right and I'm very happy with their service!
