Love the service department, I have never had any issues. Always up front and willing to answer any questions and knowledgeable too.

I have never experienced a worse customer service experience in my life. Incompetent and dishonest beyond belief. Bill Biyak and other staff made promises they didn't keep and then refused to acknowledge their collective mistakes. They had zero communication with us or between themselves. We had to call ten times and visit the customer service center twice before we got our car back. Every time we called, we got the voicemail. When I asked to speak with the manager, they said he was on vacation in Hawaii!!! These people are bona fide crooks. They did not care about the atrocious service they provided us or the tremendous inconvenience they caused us. Do NOT bring your car here unless you want to be ripped off.

This is by far the worst experience I've had with car salesman. I bought an Escape from this dealership and cannot believe how I have been treated since. I recommend not buying a car from these people ever!
But if you do buy a car do not drive that car off the lot until they put everything in it they promised to give you!
I bought the Escape and drove away with the promise that they would give me all the matts and things that I requested to be put in the car. They promised I could bring it back and they would give me everything once it was ordered. Since then it has been four months they will not return my phone calls and will not give me the things that they promised to give me. Here is a quote from Dan the sales manager " if I had to keep all the promises my sales people make I would be run off my feet! ". Dan also accuse me of lying.

I tell everyone I know never to buy anything from Glen Oak Ford. They are just awful.

We're visiting from California and started having transmission problems. We took our card to Glenoak Ford and John assisted us. They got us in quickly and assessed the problem. We really appreciate their friendliness in getting us back on the road. Thanks, John.

They tried a bait and switch deal.
Tried to sell us a model they didn't have, then change the deal for one they did.

Switched to different FORD dealer.... where service has been horrible.

They held on to my mother's keys (she had given them over as she was considering trading in her car) in order to try to "close" a sale. She had just had surgery on her leg and was in pain.

      Yuck.

Over the summer my boyfriend and I were looking at buying a vehicle, this would have been my first vehicle.
The sales woman knew what she was doing in the sense that she met us outside got us into the first vehicle we were looking at very quickly, then immediately after ushered us to her office to go over numbers.
The car was selling for $11,990 which was reasonable for that vehicle, but here's what really got me.
In the end with monthly payments on a 4 year term the total was going to be $20,160.
      Where did that come from???
I, not knowing much, didn't think anything about it, so when I called my mom and step dad about co-signing, they filled me in.
After we left that day, without a vehicle, I visited a few other car dealerships, and everyone I spoke to said that they were trying to rip me off. That there is no way a twelve thousand dollar car should end up being twenty thousand.

BE AWARE. They won't hesitate to rip you off. I believe the woman's name was Jenny. She was very nice, but obviously doesn't mind taking money from University students who don't always have much to spare.
I am beyond thankful that we didn't end up getting a vehicle from them!
