Excellent service, Fashionable hairstyle and color, make me look younger. Will ordered the color treatment product again.

Here's my long over due review that I have been meaning to write. Jessie is really flexible in scheduling me an appointment. I wanted to get a Balayage done. During my appointment, she was professional and kind and offer me some for homemade walnuts and almonds that she toasted that morning of.

She took her time cutting my hair and dying and asking me. How does it look to ensure that it's exactly what I want as I explain for my previous experience I was traumatized after my last haircut.

Super sweet lady. I highly recommend going to glory hair and setting yourself an appointment with Jessie. I can't wait to go back. :)

Never again. My 2nd coming, the 1st time I'd say was like a 3 star service.

First time:
- Had to wait 30 mins
- Did not wash my hair, had to request it (even though I said needed it when making the appointment originally)
- Haircut was good

Second time:
- Had an appointment at 2pm, asked if I could come in earlier and owner said to come at 1:30pm
- I come on time at 1:30pm, owner says I need to "wait a little bit"
- I did not get seated in the chair until 2pm
- I asked for layers and wispy fringe bangs, and to only cut 1.5 inches off. Even showed a reference picture.
- She cut about 3 inches off and it's not even layered how I showed in the pic. She made my top half of my hair too heavy and the layers don't even blend in....
- Did not wash and shampoo my hair, just sprayed my hair with water and styled... I had asked for shampoo and wash when making the original appointment. Made me feel like she was cutting corners because she was running late.
- I feel like she knew she didn't do a good job because I saw her charging me and changing the price from $35 to $30.

Lesson learnt, never cheat on your regular salon. You pay for what you get.

The hairstylist put color in my hair. She left me without setting a timer. Then she proceeded to take care of 2 other customers while I sat there. My hair overprocessed badly.

The biggest thing was that she brought up politics from the start. She liked the Orange One, and when she found out we were not going to vote for him, she proceeded to lecture us about how wrong we were. We tried to change the subject and did not argue with her. Toward the end, she pivoted to vaccines and how bad they were. I went to pay, and she tried to give both us (boyfriend) religious pamphlets on how vaccines are bad. We refused the pamphlets politely, but she pushed another pamphlet into my hand with my receipt. It was the most miserable time I had in a salon. A 2 hour commercial for Donald Trump and overprocessed hair for around $200. Not going back.

Jessie is amazing!! My hair is beautiful and gets so many compliments every time I come in to have it done. Pictures here speak for themselves. Great hairstylist and I highly recommend!

I emailed this place about a style of hair that I was not sure if they were qualified, and after 2 weeks they have yet to respond. I have also tried calling, but their phone seems to be always off. Dissapointing, Overpriced, and a waste of time.

I've known Jesse for over 10 years now and she always does a great job. I've moved to Union City but she's still the only person I trust with my hair.
She does a great job and she's very passionate about her work. I've gotten so many compliments since she did my hair and I'm in love with my hair, she did exactly what I had asked for.
She is not only great at what she does she's also a very caring and very kind person.
I definitely recommend coming here, you won't be disappointed.

I was able to get an appointment the next day after I called because I walked out of my previous salon. There was one lady there, most likely the owner. She was ready for me as soon as I arrived and I was her first appointment.

She was really nice and went over the pricing with me before she started, which I appreciated. I wanted to raise my highlights, but she said I didn't need to since it hasn't grown out much, so I agreed. After I thought about it, I should have since now it is really grown out.

I went from blonde balayage to dark and kept some of my blonde streaks from before. In the beginning of the service, she started talking a lot about Christianity until I hinted that it wasn't my thing so she stopped. Another client came in and she worked on her head, but I was done pretty quick. It was a 3 hour service at most.

She was nice, price was reasonable and I liked my hair. It wasn't perfect or outstanding, but I was just thankful I was able to schedule an appointment so quick and get the desired look.

I called 30 minutes prior to getting the appointment & am happy to report that no one other than Jessie, owner & hair stylist & myself were at the salon. Jessie makes sure that Covid safety protocols are practiced.

With the hair wash & detailed cut, I spent a good 45 minutes there. Although she took her time, i only wished the cut wasn't as short, but I'm glad it is even.
For 2-3 inch cut it was $30, so the prices are comparable to what others charge.

Maybe in a few months I would be curious to see how highlights would turn out, she briefly quoted me $130-135, so we'll see.

Made a color and cut appt on a Saturday with ease. Waited a bit as Jessie finished with another client. She is the owner and the only stylist. She started on my hair by cutting off a couple inches before starting the color process. Jessie started putting in foil on the lower part of my hair, and then had to wash another customer that was coloring her hair. She came back 15 mins later, I was fine with it but worried that part of my hair would be over processed. Throughout the process, Jessie juggled 3 customers. I gave her the benefit of doubt. She finished off with a cut, wash and dry. I asked for long layers, there were no layers. I asked for a certain length, it was shorter. There was no root melt so my hair doesn't even look transition at all. There are 3 separate colors that clash. The top part of my head was still so dark vs the bottom was way lighter from my previous color. I didn't want to leave this review, but the more I look at my hair the more it bothered me. I even showed her a photo that she posted as what I wanted! Never coming here again!! Sigh. Now I have to spend another three hundred or more to get this fixed.
