I needed a duplicate fob key for my Mazda (lost the 2nd backup key). His quote was very reasonable. His communication was excellent and courteous. He arrived within the timeframe provided (called and let me know he would be 10 minutes late -- no problem). His workspace in his van is immaculately organized -- a good sign of his work ethic.

Phil came pretty much within the time range provided. He also provided a heads-up when he required extra time to arrive. He had the tools available in his mobile unit.

He worked quickly to program a remote lock for my car despite having issues with a worn down key and my ignition lock being stuck.

Eventually, I also decided to have my ignition lock rebuilt as well. And entering and starting my car has never been so easy for years now. I should have fixed this earlier!

In the end, my original key worked in opening and starting my car. In addition, I have the option for keyless entry with my new remote key which I can also start the car with as well. And I also have one spare key that I can use just to simply unlock doors.

Overall, it was a good experience and I would likely go with him again in the future.

My wife's key fob stopped working for her Prius. I messaged Phil for a quote. His price was reasonable and fair. I purchased a key fob from Amazon, and Phil tried programming it. He discovered it was defective. I ended up purchasing a key fob from him, and it worked great!

This to me sounds like the definition of rip off. Stay warned of excessive price for a normal or not so hard job

I used Go Pro to make a key fob for my 2015 Nissan Leaf. When I opted out of purchasing an OEM fob, Phil helped me select the corresponding "generic" fob online to make sure I bought the right one. Then, when I mistakenly didn't bring the car to his shop (note to self: you need both the car and the original key fob for the new one to be programmed), he generously offered to drive to where the car was parked - all the way across town. When we got there, he programmed the fob, tested it, and walla! Worked perfectly. What great customer service. Phil is now my go-to locksmith for anything I'll need done in the future. Thank you, Phil!!
