I had an issue with an older model I Phone yesterday, and this gentleman at Gold Apple Phone Repair Service knocked it out of the park. HIs work was professional, and I was on my way in under 30 minutes. Simply old fashioned great service and value. Happy to refer any friends to him!

Fast and effective resolution to my phone not taking a charge. Not sure what he put in my phone, but uncertainty aside....it's working again!

My cellphone started doing some weird things - outgoing emails getting stuck in my outbox. I was just getting ready to take a five-week international trip and absolutely needed my phone to be working. I took it into Gold Apple and the owner methodically went through the various scenarios about what was causing my issues and fixed it within about 30 minutes. The charge to fix it was a reasonable amount and I am VERY grateful!

Zero stars. Do yourself a favour-- If your phone has been water damaged or it's a serious matter of data recovery etc, don't go to this place.

I brought my wet iphone 6s to this guy at Tillicum Mall and he really bungled the repair. I know this because I brought it to the MAC PRO's downtown afterwards and they said buddy put the phone back together SUPER wet. Then he turned it on! What a goof.

Need a new case? Gold Apple will do. But if your phone has a serious problem or water damage you need to seek out a pro, NOT this place.

I'm not saying it could have been fixed, (it was recent salt water submersion) but after I got it back from the boss here at Gold Apple he told me he had "cleaned and dried it". Then he tried to start it!

1 hr-- 45.00 dollars if it works or not. I should guessed something was up when he was very cagey about explaining the approach he was going to take to dry it out saying "We do what we do...45 dollars if it works or not..."

The Mac Pros in downtown Vic charged me NOTHING to do an assessment. Turns out that my phone was still TOTALLY filled with water and I had been ripped off. And because buddy at GOLD APPLE (in tillicum mall near rodgers and telus) STARTED the phone WET it practically guaranteed that it would fry itself. Worst ever.

Give yourself a fighting chance: If your phone is busted on a Sunday, find a real shop with real credentials like ifixit in victoria---they are open 9am to 9pm on Sundays. Zero stars for Gold Apple.

I appreciated Oomre's attention to my cell phone. Quick, friendly service... and on a Sunday!
