The gas fireplace in our outdoor room would not light. A couple companies stated they only repair fireplaces they installed. One place requires they do a complete check up for $495 before they would even diagnose the problem. When I texted B he responded within a half hour and said he could put the next day. He arrived on time, was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He fixed the outdoor fireplace quickly and at a reasonable cost. We also had him look at our decorative indoor fireplace because I never liked the appearance of the thin, blue flames. He assured me he could make it look much better and he did! I would highly recommend B for any fireplace repairs.

Moved in to my house and couldn't get the gas insert to work. They came out and were very knowledgeable and patient in explaining how it works and how to do everything safely. Also checked for gas leaks in both fireplaces, even the one they weren't here to work on! Knowledgeable, quick, clean, prompt, friendly, and patient. Highly recommend!

I wanted someone to come take a look at our propane outdoor fireplace. After sending them a question, they responded within a couple of hours and came out the next day to service the fireplace. They were able to quickly deduce the issue and fixed it. I highly recommend them, especially for gas-related fireplaces.
