Yuilia was an absolute dream! I am here on vacation and had an outdoor adventure that ruined my vacation blowout. Yuilia had a same day appointment and worked an absolute hair miracle on me. She even stayed late to accommodate me.

I have thick coarse hair and she took me from a frizzy mess to luxurious smooth locks. The salon is convenient to the harbor area and just minutes away from the Fairmont Empress Hotel. I arrived a few minutes early and watched her transform another customers hair as well. Guilin is an expert and puts serious effort into making sure you have great results!

You are in great hands at this friendly salon. All the stylists are fantastic but my loyalty is to Mary. She is funny and lively and remembers my preferences.
I think you'll find the stylists have personality here and the hour goes too quickly. The online booking system makes my life easier.

Not sure what is happening to that salon. I book with a specific person even confirming it by phone.
When you get there they just assign you to another stylist. The stylist assign to my husband did an awful job. There are holes cut into his hair.
Absolutely the worst hair cut ever. They switched me to Mary again when I confirm with somebody else.

Mary did an amazing job of dying my hair, looks so natural and the color is lovely. The cut which followed is just what I had wanted. But more than all this, Mary was a delightful to chat with throughout the whole process.

I knew I could trust him to do what was right for me and my hair, he strand tested for stress and strength, asked me for the complete history of how I came to be in the disaster hair situation I found myself in, and meticulously maneuvered me through a heinous hair situation, leaving me with a colour I could only dream of before. He is a hair wizard with passion to match his magic.

Got a haircut today by Stella. She was super sweet and I felt comfortable telling her the changes I wanted when I was requesting something specific. By being comfortable enough to communicate my requests and them received so well... I was able to get exactly what I was looking for! Will definitely recommend and will book again!
