Even if the job turns out to be much more complicated with unhelpful manufacture customer service reps, Hjalmar responded in a timely manner and communicated thoroughly. Finally, a service company that is quick, responsive with communication, efficient, and reliable! I've had so many various home projects and often the company is hard to work with. Hjalmar is courteous, professional, and got the job done quickly not once, but twice! First time there was an issue with the sensor in the freezer, which he replaced quickly. I was upset when, the following month, water was pooling in the fridge again. This time, he found it was a clogged pipe and fixed that without charging me further (hooray for the 90-day service guarantee!). Last, the price was reasonable. I'll use them for any future issues.
