Golden Car Wash

This is the best place to get my car wash. I paid 23 dollars for a regular car wash. They did an excellent job.

Super bad service. First time being there and wasn't sure there's a queue cuz no clear sign showing where the line start. The staff came out and told me to move and I asked him where was the line, he did not answer, so I raised my voice and asked again and I said sorry I did not meant to be rude just you didn't hear me well. Then, he yelled at me and said he won't do business and asked me to go away! Super rude staff and I heard they ain't doing any good job anyway. Save my $$!

The price has gone up, but they are still doing a great job. Interior & Exterior ranges from $35, $38, $46 for Regular, Mini SUV, Van/Truck/SUV.

They did a great job and were very efficient. They cleaned inside all the doors, gave it a quick go over by hand and then through the machine. Overall I was very pleased with how clean the vehicle came out.

The waiting room is small so I opted to stand outside instead of crowding those that were already in there. #covid.

I would use this car wash again.

The use cheap sponges to wash your car. Doesn't wipe the door jam and missed all the area in the door jam in the trunk. Bunch of side stories just during my car wash. While I was there waiting for my car to get wiped dried, an accident happened. Apparently one of the washers hand folded a customers BMW's auto folding mirrors. Now the mirrors position are screwed up. At the end, the owner agrees to pay for any expenses related to the fix.
Also, a customer asked for hand wash but staff used the machine to wash. Another customer complained about the exterior not clean enough (after its been dried), so they took the car to rewash, wasting staff time and customer time. Would not go back.

This business is terrible. They scratch my car, and refused what they did. There is nothing else could give my car this type of scratch right above the door which I face everyday.
Unbelievable. The car is dirty still. I did ask them to clean some spot after they gave my car back to me but there was more than that when it come to the inside.

Never go back to the Golden Car Wash because my car is dirty still. I did ask them to clean some spot after they gave my car back to me but there was more than that when it come to the inside
Also the charge me $48 for small car I was so tired and I did not focus on a paid amount

1) Cheap price but they did a great job. Car looks like new after the normal car wash with only $23.
2) I didnt even notice that I have dropped a 100 dollar bill in the car. The workers found it and returned to me. Appreciated it :)
3) Friendly and honest service

The service was terrible and one of the workers swore in mandarin when i asked him to vacuum the driver's seat.
The seats were barely vacuumed and the floor mates for the back seats were even dry.
My view was blocked when they did the interior wash but judging from the time of less than 2-3 minutes, it would not be possible for them to do all the things they claimed to have been done.
I paid $27 for an exterior wash and some dirty wiping indide the car !!

Just picked up my 2007 Honda van after paying $200 for a complete detail. WHAT A JOKE! Apparently "the owner" did all the work on our van. The interior appeared to just have water splashed inside and wiped off - no elbow grease was used by the owner - hardly anything was clean, let alone DETAILED. Owner was extremely rude and belligerent (in Mandarin - English was never spoken) when I expressed how poor a job had been done and that I would not pay until the entire interior and parts of the exterior were redone while I was present.

The air vents (all three) in the front dash still had dust on them, as did the plastic covering over the instrument panel (hard to believe, but true). Cup holders (front and back) still had dust everywhere and the third row pockets weren't even opened, let alone cleaned. None of the door jams were cleaned, and the side windows still had grit at the base that just needed a tiny bit of effort to wipe clean. All four rims were still caked in dirt, the front light coverings hadn't been cleaned and there were water stains all over the silver grill in the front of the van.

Thankfully, there were two conscientious employees who worked on the van for over 30 minutes after I came to pick it up, so the van was in reasonable shape before I left. I felt really sorry for these employees as the owner is an obvious slacker, cheap skate and a fraudster if he thinks what he did to my van even came close to a DETAIL. Employees and customers expect and deserve much better than what this owner was/is prepared to provide in this SERVICE industry.

Any good review you read here was probably for a simple car wash that never was inspected by the driver before taking off. NOBODY SHOULD GET THEIR CAR DETAILED HERE. HOW DO THESE GUYS STAY IN BUSINESS?

Do yourself a favour and wash your own car - 2 blocks away by Royal Oak skytrain - much quicker, much, much cheaper and you know it will be clean.
