Food- excellent , my taste buds very satisfied.
Service -excellent .. waiter nice and friendly.
Ambiance - is ok needs renovations

Good food. Horrible service. They were very rude. Tried to pay with cash. They refused to do Canadian to US conversion and told us the bill would be the same. Ignored us. We had to refill our own water. They forgot to bring us what we ordered. When we said we didn't want it anymore, they became more ride. We ended up paying with a card. They argued with us about the tip. NEVER EAT HERE!

We were on a cruise to Alaska and this was a port stop. We wanted to visit China Town. It was a Saturday evening and the restaurant hours are till 10pm, we arrived about 8:20-8:30pm, we entered and seated and given tea. Menus on the table when they sat us and we decided very quickly. Nobody came back and clearly ignored us. After another 10 min goes but nothing. I left money on the table and left. Maybe they didn't want to serve non Chinese?

It was bad and took forever plus the credit card reader kept making a bunch of mistakes and ultimately I ended up paying cash after 20 minutes. I tried to return some food. They said they take it off the bill and they did not. I would not recommend this place at night there were several unsavory individuals, hanging around the exit

Food was great and portions were good. Kinda pricey for dimsum though.

No lines during week day but the place filled up about 70% very quickly.

Pretty standard dimsum place. A lot cleaner than many with decent food. The shu mai was excellent as were the BBQ pork buns. The Pineapple buns were a little dry but very tasty.
The har gow and the shrimp rice rolls were quite under-seasoned unfortunately and needed soy and vinegar to help.

Tried a few other things like the pan friend shrimp and chive dumplings, the shrimp and scallop dumpling, etc. There were all pretty standard.

Their chili oil is absolutely delicious. It's spicy but oh so yum! If you're in the area and want some comforting dimsum, this is a good stop.

Came a few days ago the food was very good as usual but the music choice was really weird and I couldn't understand it.

Very slow with the very few things we ordered. The service is below mediocre. Please take pride and care in what you do. Should really learn from Japanese restaurants.

Having a great lunch here in Chinatown. Everything has great flavor. Service is excellent, very kind and patient with us. Restaurant is clean, bright and airy. We previously ate at Don Mee and really liked it - this was even better!!

Great food with large pieces of seafood and meat. Service was quick and very helpful. We came specifically for dim sum. Everything was very good and Scallop Shrimp was extra delicious!
