Golden Express Auto Body & Mechanical Service

I had an excellent experience with Andy and this auto body shop. Our car was hit on the street and i was overwhelmed. I got a tip from the insurance person to come here and the service was super professional and the quality of the repair was great. Andy communicated about how long it would take to order the parts and gave a good estimate of how long it would take to complete the job. He was also just nice and helpful. He even detailed and cleaned the car and gave me a discount. I never write reviews but if you end up needing a body repair on your car come to Golden Express!

Andy... The owner, does great quality work. He made the hood look brand new. 1/4 of the hood the paint was flaking off. The value of the cost was reasonable. Just wished I had a before picture to show what it looked liked before the paint job. It was done within 4 days. I'm very happy the way it turned out. I highly recommend Andy if you need any paint or body work on your vehicle.

Andy is a great guy, he really helped me out in a difficult situation. Very efficient and kind. I definitely recommend coming here.

Andy and his team have been serving the Bay Area for as long as I remember. I was trying to find someone to custom paint my car and was referred to andy from another painter that knew andy from painting school. Andy painted my car in 2007 and my Prius in 2017 when I got into a retarded accident. This review is long overdue. they definitely know how to paint. I highly recommend them.

This body shop is the best business! They do a superb job in their work! The paint blends nearly perfect, the fitment is correct, no gaps between the parts. Looks almost as if nothing ever happened! Great customer service provided too! I would definitely recommend friends and family here!

I cannot say better things about Andy!! He went above and beyond to make sure I was set with getting the trunk replaced on my car. He is honest, reliable, and a super nice guy. His entire staff welcomed me with a smile. I don't write reviews often, but Andy deserved one. Thank you!!!

When I first moved to the city, I found Golden Express via Yelp and came back many times. Every time, they provided quality and valuable services without any of the bullshit and inflated pricing.

Andy is super helpful and answers any questions I have! Definitely recommend this auto body shop! They fixed the scratches on my car and it looks brand new! :)

My 4Runner was side swiped (while i was sitting in it!) by some lady who didn't know how to park. She accepted responsibility but it turns out her insurance company only works directly with 1 auto shop in SF. When I checked out their reviews on Yelp, I decided there was no way I was taking my car to them.

So, I got the insurance company to cut me a check for estimated repair work and then started looking around for a shop to do the mostly cosmetic repairs.

My boyfriend had just had his car totally revived by Golden Express and couldn't say more about how great, trust worthy, and cost effective they are...Done, I decided to give them a chance.

I am so happy I did! Andy fixed all the damage, plus my antenna that had been broken for a year... (which Toyota had quoted me over $300 to fix) for a 1/3 of the cost of the estimated repairs check I received from the insurance company. I walked away with my car in better shape then ever before, plus extra money in my pocket, which I never expected to happen.

I am forever going to be a loyal customer to Andy and Golden Express!
