I always park my car there during the weekend when I go to San Francisco. However, this time my beats went missing and I can't find a number to call to ask. I never had a problem in the past, I would always leave it in the front seat and now went missing. How can I talk to the manager?

---IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR FUTURE GUEST VISITORS---
This parking garage is not very friendly toward elderly people and you can easily get charged TWICE if you do not leave the parking garage within the 15 minute grace period.

      (2/19)

      Flat fee = $8

We went to the Chinese New Year's Parade in San Francisco and parked our car in this garage. We paid the ticket that we received upon entry into the parking garage when we arrived back after the event. We paid the flat fee of $8, and we were given a 15-min. grace period to exit the garage (having a grace period doesn't make sense at all since it was a flat rate fee all day). However, we had trouble finding our way back to our car as there were no clear directions and the staircase was not marked clearly; there were also no attendants around who could assist us. We had to walk up the ramp despite the sign warning us not to because we had no other choice since we could not find the staircase. The staircase that we did manage to find led to the street level and locked us out.

When we managed to find our car, we were already past the 15-min. grace period and the ticketing machine at the exit prompted us to pay again. Keep in mind, there were other cars ahead of us that had the same issue as well.

Lastly, we contacted the control center and basically said "We're out of luck and will have to pay again." Thanks, very helpful for people that want to come here again. NOT.

STAY AWAY! Like others, I tried to balance cost with quality when I was looking for parking in SF. This place seemed good enough, and relatively close to where I needed to be in the City. Man, did I pick the WRONG place.

I should have seen the omen when they did not honor the online reservation I made the day prior, and instead asked double the charge (to that online reservation company's credit, they refunded my reservation cost after explaining this disastrous situation in total the next day). I could have drove around to try to find another parking place, but when you find a place in the City, you take it because you never know. ‍

Returning to the garage after a long day around SF, they pull around my BRAND NEW CAR (2019, 2 months old), and like any new car owner, I inspect it. BAM! Right-rear wheel was curbed.

I immediately pointed it out to the attendant, and showed him how THERE WAS STILL DUST FROM THE CEMENT, AND METAL FROM THE RIM ON THE EGDE OF THE TIRE! He knew his driver screwed up (you know that look that people get when they know they're in trouble? Dread? He did just that!) Instantly, he said, "call my boss", and pointed out the phone number.

It took a couple of tries for the owner to pick up, and when he did, I explained the situation. Asking to speak to his attendant, they had a short conversation in another language I didn't understand, then the owner told me his guy said they didn't do it! Of course not, right?!

Needless to say, I exploded! Having evidence of the damage meant nothing to these people. They are shady AF, don't give AF about your vehicle, and offer no recompense. At All.

So, in sum, [expletive] these people! DON'T GO TO THIS NASTY PLACE!

Damage to my rim done by these SHADY AF PEOPLE! You can still see the dust from the curb, and flakes of metal from the rim.

Highly recommended! We stayed in a hotel a block away and this parking lot was a life saver! They charge an overnight fee of $30 that allows you to pick up your car anytime before noon of the next day. This gave us the chance to walk around the neighborhood and explore the area. This is a valet parking so be prepared to leave your keys with the attendant.

Tip: if you are staying at a hotel nearby give the attendant the name of the hotel since they might have a discount they can apply to the fare!

Didn't honor parking reservation and treated me extremely rudely. I paid these people $20 to reserve a spot through Spot Hero. When I got there, the attendant had no idea what I was talking about. I tried to park in hopes that I could find another attendant who would honor my reservation so I didn't get towed. I did find another attendant who pretended he couldn't speak English. When I started walking out of the garage, the attendant suddenly remembered how to speak English well enough to threaten me if I didn't move my car. He also had no idea what I was talking about with regard to the reservation and he insinuated that I was stupid for even being there, when he was the one who apparently doesn't know how his business operates. He reiterated that I had to move my car and if I had a problem with it to call the owner. I called Spot Hero to report the situation and get a refund, and I will never be using this garage again and I recommend no one else does either. Absolutely terrible.

My car got broke in and call the police but they said just do the police on line report. Security parking guard pass by to us but say or do nothing. SF criminal activities has been so rampant that police cannot do anything. Will never go back again. If anyone will go there pls pls. be carefull with all your belongings do not leave anything that is visible and pls. take out all if possible. Even the parking garage overnight are expensive and yet criminals still can get inside and break in your car.

Worst experience ever. Total scam. We Parked for a matinee show. They preferred cash; we were $2 short so we paid $28. The parking attendant said we could pay the $2 when we went to pick up our car. Went to grab a bite after the show. Went to pick up car right before 7:00 and they were closed. They never mentioned an early closing time. They have a posting that they close at 8:00 pm.

We called and a cleaning person opened the doors. He was told we had not paid at all. We talked to the attendant on the phone. He said we owed $30 plus a $30 late fee. After talking with him, he then said we owed $20. The "cleaning person" would not let us out until we paid. Total scam. I would not recommend parking here. Totally dishonest.

Came here back in October for a concert and paid 20 dollars for about 5 hours. No complaints. It did appear shady, but my car didn't have any scuffs or problems with it. If I was in a situation where parking was sparse nearby civic I would park here again.

Great location if you want to go to the Embarcadero. $8 parking fee. Walking distance to Pier 1 and along Embarcadero. Restaurant and mall nearby.

I paid $50 for two nights of parking, which I consider a decent rate. They also told me if you are staying at a local hotel (HTL 587 in our case) you can have a discount and in-and-out privileges. What they don't tell you up front, and is posted absolutely nowhere in their facility, is that they are cash-only. We only found out when we tried to get our rental car after our first night. We had to rely on Uber to get us around (which wasn't a bad thing since parking in San Francisco is utterly horrendous) until we could acquire cash to bail out the car.

We did get the discount they mentioned, but not telling us they're cash-only right up front seems dishonest, because when you find out they already have your car keys. I doubt we'll be going back.
