Golden State Mobile Autodetail

I booked Victor last minute and I couldn't be more happy. He was easy to work with, did an incredible job, and was fair. My car looks brand new! Thank you, Victor. I will definitely use you again.

Victor did an outstanding job! He was super detailed and meticulous. Really taking the time to get in all the little crevices. Also it was incredibly easy to schedule and Victor had thankfully a good amount of availability on short notice. I don't think our car has even been cleaner since we've owned it. We have dogs we take the beach weekly and still Victor left our vehicle immaculate. Highly, highly recommend!

Great service- Nice guy- car got to be amazing condition even more than original coming from the cheap useless dealer- And I like his set up mobile to the max! (Been watching the car and detailing on YT! I wish I could detail my car DIY but I'm too lazy and the tools chemicals it's expensive)- He warned me but I screwed up the clear coat swirls now taking the car thru the big monster brush washing machines- I'll call him again to rescue me from my emergency paint condition but it's so cold out there to be spraying water myself and anyway I can't afford it right now...

I would have given four stars, deducting one star for the inconvience -- I had to drive my car from Oakland during rush hour to their home on Treasure Island and pick it up again 6 hours later, which cost me 2 extra hours of commuting time because I park in a parking garage and they couldn't actually come to me to do the work.

I'm giving three stars, however, because they also left the inside of my car and the floor mats wet, such that when I used my car after having it parked in my building's parking garage for 36 hours I had to air it out as best as I could while driving on the freeway because it stank of mildew. The reason I had them detail the interior was driven by the fact that I'd found mold on the carpeting, so that defeated the purpose.

I thought I had called Golden State Auto Salon -- who last detailed my car a few years ago and were awesome -- my mistake. I'll never make that mistake again.

I regret tipping them on top of the $550 interior + exterior cost, as stinky odor aside as they missed quite a few details, e.g. there were plenty of smudges and glue marks on the inside of my windshield still and the tops of the windows have a cloudy line across them.

Ricardo did a wonderful job! I had the interior detailed and it looks brand new. It was $280 for a very dirty interior car and I felt that it was worth the price.

So--if you want that new car look.....call Victor. He'll set you up w/ minimum fuss and maximum results. He even took out my spare tire and cleaned it, plus whatever that compartment is called. Ha ha--bet even the dealer never did that! Yes, that's my Honda Element, year 2002 (not, not typo). Had Maaco repaint, then called Vic for detailing inside and out. He answered the phone promptly, *in person*, and we set an appt in less than 3 days out. He shows up on time, looks over the project and gives and exact $$ amount of what he'll charge. Yep--no surprises or wondering. He literally spent over 4 hrs on my car--inside and out. His huge van has all the gear--steamer for seats, hi-power vac, black detailing liquid, whatever he needs for a primo job on your car. He had the keys, I came back 4 hrs later, was pleasantly stunned--and gave Vic a good tip...in cash. Call him--you won't regret :-)

I did not expect he made this job done. He made an almost impossible job done. Friendly and responsive. Go for detailing with this amazing guy.

More than I wanted to spend ($500) but my 4Runner had tons of sand, pet hair, and surf wax all over it. The truck looks phenomenal now, brand new. Victor did a phenomenal job, highly recommend.

On Monday, I sent an e-mail to Victor asking if he could give me a quote to fix up a few scratches on my 2023 car. He came by on Tuesday to take a look, and on Wednesday afternoon he completed the exterior and scratch removal process.

Victor is friendly and easy to work with, efficient in how quickly he responded and completing the job, and we're so pleased with our car restored to looking brand new once more!! We would recommend Golden State Mobile Autodetail to everyone, and he comes to you so the convenience is well worth it!
