Shane was great. He happened to be right around the corner, so he showed up in less than 30min. Had our drains clean and flowing again in less than an hour.

Regarding COVID: I appreciated how respectful he was of my family's health and safe. He didn't touch anything unnecessarily, took his shoes off when entering the house, and asked permission before making any changes.

After reading Good 1 reviews I called and "Shane answered," unreal to have a live person answer the phone! I explained my situation and he actually said, "I will come after my next appointment!" I was shocked to say the LEAST!
Both Shane and his wife came at 5:30 pm and he spent 30 min plus looking at the problem and charged no service fee and stated to call him back should the water leak happen again! I texted him and lather that pm and he texted right back! We agreed in Monday to fix the issue.
I have never been more satisfied!!!

I'm guessing the whole town is starting the New Year with plumbing issues because our go-to plumbing companies were all booked out for a few days.

We had, what we thought was, an urgent plumbing matter that needed to be taken care of. So, we headed to Yelp to find someone. We saw the good reviews for this company and gave them a call. It turned out to be a one man show, Shane. Even though he was busy today, he was able to schedule us in for the evening around 1700-1800 (thank God).

He came and assessed our issue. After knocking out the wall and insulations, he told us the problem had nothing to do with plumbing, but instead it was related to our ac.

He gave us some suggestions and options on how to go about fixing the problem. And guess what? He didn't charge us for the dx or work he did. That's unheard of!!

This really shows that Shane is truly out here helping the community and not for the money.

Such a kind act. We will definitely pay it forward.

Because of our experience with Shane today, he will be the first one we call for any future plumbing needs and will definitely recommend him to others in the area.

Shane just completed a job for me and was absolutely amazing! I had a different plumber come out previously for the same thing and he made it sound like it was going to be super complicated so I worried it would be too much money so held off. When Shane came out he made the job sound easy, he completed it super fast, and did it with ease! Not only is he a great plumber, he is a great human being! I enjoyed talking to him about the things he does for our Morgan Hill community and how he helps train/mentor high school kids. Shane will be my forever plumber and I will definitely recommend him to my neighbors, friends and family! I rate him 10 stars!

Shane is an excellent plumber. Always responds right away. Very polite and kind. Does an amazing job and has a very high work ethic. He knows what he's doing. He won't disappoint. He'll rate higher than all the rest.

I had a major under the sink leak that caused flooding. Shane was able to diagnose the problem and fix it. He also free of charge did a check of the other plumbing around the home. On his recommendation I separately ordered water leak detectors from Amazon that if in case there is a leak in future it can catch it before it causes a lot of damage (this part was simple do it yourself thing I wouldn't have thought of to do). Shane is honest, does great work and is reasonably priced. I highly recommend him.
