Not quite done yet, but so far so good. Having a large garage built, I will post a couple pics when done

Used Good Life again. Fixed a stucco problem no one else wanted to touch.
Second time using these guys and would highly recommend calling them if you've gotten estimates on home repairs that seem to are either unreasonable, or seem to want to repair a lot more than is needed.

On this repair, there was a textured corner of my garage entry that had been scraped repeatedly..by accident... from a (too wide) truck. It was scraped down to the wire mesh retaining it.
This was years ago, and it was the first thing you saw when you pulled up to the house, since it drew your eye to an otherwise smooth wall.
Now it's gone and you can hardly believe it was ever there.
Igor headed the project, was courteous and knowledgeable. It was done and he came back to finish paint matching.

We had Paul as our contractor from Goodlife who provided excellent work on our home and was extremely helpful and responsive every step of the way.

We had a bedroom bathroom remodel planned; however, when the crew opened up the exterior wall, they saw that the previous owners had done unpermitted work, and the stucco was done improperly, creating a much bigger project. The work Good Life did was excellent and Paul was fantastic about communicating along the way. We have had other work done by other contractors and it was definitely not up to the level of Good Life.

Great experiences with both projects! Great communication, excellent work, very responsive to addressing all the details, gave accurate estimates, delivered on everything they said they would do and were very respectful of keeping my house clean as they did their work. Very reasonable cost for high quality work! I will use them for all my future projects! Roman (the project manager) is a great guy and delivered on exactly what he promised.

Requested a quote through Yelp and was put on schedule asap. Roman came out and gave us an estimate for full demo, build out and redesign of our tiny owners suite bathroom. We choose GLC because their bid was in the middle of the 3 we received, and Roman seemed the most knowledgeable, professional and personable.

We are SO GLAD we went with GLC and Roman! We were so impressed with his team (David specifically), their efficiency and timeliness. The project started when I was 32 weeks pregnant, and absolutely needed to be done asap. They were helpful throughout the process and helped us problem solve some design dilemmas.

We were so impressed with them the first few days we added a full gut/remodel of the laundry room and a partial remodel of our guest bathroom. I'm still over here trying to come up with other projects because I enjoyed working with them so much.

Moving forward, Roman and GLF will be our first call for any home needs and they will be our only referral to anyone looking for remodeling services.

Good Life gave me a quote of $4700 for work that I ended up having completed for $800. There really is no way to explain this discrepancy so please seek quotes from other contractors before choosing Good Life Construction. This was obviously a small project, perhaps it simply wasn't worth their time.

When I bought my house the previous owners had replaced an exterior door with one of the cheapest interior doors ever known to human existence for some odd reason. That being said the heat, rain, and outside elements ate at the door for some time and eventually the door couldn't close because of it bloating up. So obviously I needed a solid steel exterior door installed.

I reached out to Good Life and Serge ended up coming out to take a look at it. Super friendly guy and gave a solid estimate that was comparable to other online quotes I got from other companies that didn't try to even send out a person. I will say how fast Good Life sent an actual person out to look at the door gave way better vibes than other companies and was one of the deciding factors going with Good Life. The crew (2 guys) that came out were able to rip the old door out and install the new door all before lunch. They color-matched the outside of the house for the new trim around the door and left me a quart to paint the door the same color (unsure if I wanted to match). All-in-all from contact to paying was fast, easy, and FRIENDLY. Will be using Good Life for future projects.

I do not recommend this company.

To start they didn't even pull permits for our siding, dry rot and termite repair project.

They used low quality, rough cut, 3/8 inch plywood, that people use on sheds for our siding. The result we received a mis matched patch job. You can see in pictures it's the bottom siding and top in some parts.

During the remodel they cut our cable wires and stuffed them into the walls costing us money to have that fixed. They also didn't re hang our numbers or light fixtures.

The trim paint is also mis matched in color it's like they just left some of it primed.

When I initially reached out this company they sent out a sales person. Our original goal and vision for our 950 sq ft house was to up our curb appeal the best we could and we were thinking stucco. The sales man talked us out of that and convinced us just patching would be better. Even though we had a 30k budget for the project. He ensured us patching it was a great option, that it would make the outside of the house "look new" once it was all painted.

As you can see from the pictures it does not look new, it looks like a bad patch job.

When we first saw the house we were not happy with it and reached out. The response we received was "after more years of paint it will match better"
I had to push to have someone come out and put on another layer of paint. It appears when they did they used a roller because now the seams have disappeared.

Good Life kept telling us "that's the only siding we could have used"

Since then I have hired two contractors to come out and take a look at the house. Both companies were appalled at the work that the was done and the prices we were charged. They told us for that price we should've received all new siding, the rot repair and the barges. The other companies showed us the siding options that should have be used so it matched.

So bottom is this company put on the wrong siding and has offered us no solution and is lying to us about how "There was no other option"


Take your money elsewhere.

A sales manager came out to talk to us and "make things better" by basically just explaining how great of a job his team did.

Told us there is no better siding and offered us little to no solution. He mentioned our review multiple times and it felt like all they cared about was us removing this review. Wouldn't be surprised if others have after their pressure.

Our original sales person/sales manager came out. He like the other guy proceeded to tell us the crappy plywood was all that could be used because it's all that came in 3/8 inch or 19/32 thickness. Thankfully we have done research and contacted other professionals to know this is absolutely not true. They offered no solution and were once again just banking on us the customer not knowing any better.

We recently had the pleasure of working with Good Lifel Construction for the repair of dry rot in our home, we couldn't be more satisfied with the entire experience. From start to finish, they exhibited professionalism, craftsmanship, and a dedication to customer satisfaction that is truly commendable.


We worked directly with the project manager, Serg, throught the process. As the project progressed, more dry rot issues were revealed, he took the time to explain the new problems in detail and provided a clear breakdown of the increased costs involved. His honesty and willingness to keep us informed every step of the way was a relief.


The quality of work and materials used is undoubtedly top-notch. They clearly take pride in their craft, ensuring that the repairs are not only functional but also aesthetically pleasing. We have complete confidence that the repairs made will stand the test of time.


They arrived on time each day and even stayed late to ensure the project stayed on track. At the end of each workday, our home and yard were left impeccably clean. This level of professionalism and respect for our property was amazing


The entire crew was not only skilled but also respectful and courteous. Their friendly demeanor made the construction process much more pleasant.


Despite the additional work that arose during the project, they stayed true to their word and completed the repairs as promised. They were flexible and accommodating, working around our schedule to ensure minimal disruption to my daily life.


In summary, I cannot recommend highly enough. They deserve a 5-star rating for their exceptional work, outstanding customer service, and commitment to excellence. I selected Good Life to repair some dry rot in my house. They had to replace the entire man door to the garage, including frame and repair some further dry rot. They also had to replace the side frame 2x8s at the garage door due to dry rot. They were very professional and completed the job in one day including painting. they were hard workers and left the property clean. I would use them again in a heartbeat.
