I found Good Witch a month before I started my first egg retrieval cycle. I had never done acupuncture before, but read and heard that it helps with the IVF processs, and I was willing to try whatever at that point! At our first session, Dr. Tiffanie took the time to listen to my worries, get to know what was going on with my body, and prepare me for the needles. It was way less painful than I was expecting, and every other session from then on, I could hardly feel the needles going in. Mostly I saw the sessions as relaxing spa time- with the dim lighting, heating, and calming music, I usually took a little nap and then left feeling refreshed!

My retrieval, fertilization, embryo growth, and transfer were all more successful than I was expecting. But that was not a surprise to Dr. Tiffanie. This lady gets results, people!! Day in and day out, she is helping women not only get pregnant, but maintain a healthy pregnancy and stay healthy themselves. Her focus is on you as the whole person- a body going through lots of hormonal changes and painful injections that needs some extra TLC, a mind spinning with worries and fears that needs soothing, a heart aching to be a mom that needs to be heard and supported.

She is incredibly knowledgeable without being overbearing or judgemental. She is firm in her confidence without ignoring your worries. She KNOWS it will work out for you, until you believe it yourself. And she is a friend during a time of total uncertainty. Thank you thank you thank you Dr. Tiffanie- I will miss our sessions!

I started seeing Tiffinie, once a month to support with hormone regulation and other personal concerns. She maintains space at each session to check in, ask questions, deeply listen, and let me process whatevers going on. After, seeing results - I increased my treatment to once a week.

My treatment plan not only includes Acupuncture and Chinese Herbs, Tiffinie helped me take a closer look at
nutrition, excerise (nothing to vigorous) and my labwork. I am now having a better understanding of my body for long term wellness.

Tiffinie has turned me into a huge believer in and advocate of acupuncture. I was referred to her by a friend after my husband and I had experienced two failed IVF transfers and were quite discouraged. Post second transfer, as a result of the hormones and stress, I was extremely bloated and had lower than normal energy and sleep comfort. Tiffinie took the time to listen and notate the details of what I had experienced from IVF retrieval and transfers as well as to share her wealth of wisdom. The next day after that first session alone, I could fit into jeans that my previous bloating did not allow me to fit into! :)

I began to see Tiffinie regularly, and as a result of her treatments, the supplements she prescribed, the general self care advice she shared and the diet recommendations she gave based on my individual experiences, my 4th IVF retrieval was 400%+ more successful even than the previous best retrieval, my first one, which took place when I was 2 years younger! My doctor was blown away and said that my results across the board were higher than average for that retrieval, from follicle count and fertilization to embryo development.

Our latest transfer has been a success so far as well!! :) We're in early phases, but with Tiffinie's amazing help, including being there with us on the day of the transfer, our little embryo finally implanted and is doing well!! :)

Sara is phenomenal. She's been working with me to help with some persistent pain, and she listens more than any doctor I've had, and really tries to get to the root of what's going on. I feel comfortable, relaxed, and so much more "well" overall after a visit. Cupping, acupuncture, massage, and so much good care.
