Our movers were wonderful, very careful with all of our things, extremely respectful in every conversation. They went above and beyond. The office staff was easy to work with and communicated well.

With so much going on as you can imagine moves are pretty hectic, I missed a detail on the estimate stating it was final, the movers finished about 2 hours earlier than expected and mentioned there could be a small credit, no credit was able to be obtained due to that detail. Take a look closely at that or ask about it to see if that is the best option for you.

Grace Moving Co. completed our move from Oakdale to Hollister today. Their customer service was TOP QUALITY from the beginning. I am so impressed with this company. I spoke with Jessica in the office and she was extremely professional and responsive. The estimator (sorry, I forgot your first name, Mr. Brennan) was prompt, friendly, and professional when he came by to perform the estimate. Plus I think having an estimator perform a walkthrough to give an accurate estimate is a bonus compared to other companies I have worked with before. The moving team arrived on time, were also very friendly, and made me and my husband feel comfortable that our belongings were going to be handled with great care. I appreciated that flooring and walls were protected with cushioning during the move. The moving team was so amazing. What a bunch of great guys. Caleb, Donovan, Turk, Nate ( Day 1), and Ruben (Day 2) worked so hard for us. They were all so very friendly with amazing attitudes and gladly honored any requests we had with packing, moving, and unloading. I can't say enough on how great they were. If you are moving and want a professional, but down to earth team, these guys are the ones you want.

The process went smoothly from the initial visit and quote, to the acceptance of their bid. The office staff worked with us even when we had to push the move date out a couple of days.

Moving is a stressful experience, but when that move is due to a loss of a loved one, you need a little extra Grace.

Every aspect (with the exception of the very late arrival for the estimate) was very good. Office staff was in touch every step of the way, including both the day before and during the move to see how things were going. The team of 3 movers were compassionate and professional, really going the extra mile to make the situation easier.

Grace movers were fantastic. They were very careful with my antique furniture. Nothing was damaged. They were easy to communicate with and were funny and easy going.

Service requested: pack, move and unpack.
Service cost $ 12k
Service provided: pack, different rooms ending up in same box, boxes 5' to 6 ' high and too heavy to lift down without getting on ladder and unpacking top box single item by item. Heavy table broken at two legs was glued ( ??) back together and left inside of garage. Workers denied that they would unpack as not part of their services and if instructed by mgmt to do so, would only do it as 'open table unpack'. This means the boxes for any specific room are unpacked in center of room in a pile. Seriously?! We have to pay to have empty boxes and packing material removed. We have boxes stacked high everywhere hallways, rooms, outside, garage, etc. This has been a nightmare which I expect will continue for some time to come. I would not wish this on anyone and hopefully this review will be noticed and prevent others from making the mistake of retaining this company.
I've learned, 'contracts' don't necessarily ensure the vendor will adhere to them.

Smooth move! The movers were fast, professional, and efficient. And it cost less than the original estimate, which is unheard of! Five stars for quality and value for the service provided. I've used them before, and I'll use them again if I have to move again in the future! They can't be beat!
