Literally in tears as I write this I am in awe. This place is the MOST HONEST, GODLY, INCREDIBLE auto shop in New York hands down!!!! I have been screwed over so many times at auto shops that I genuinely started expecting nothing less but...this PLACE!!

Jesse stopped me on the street when I'd happened to be driving past this shop because he saw that my car needed some serious work done. He diligently helped me from start to finish to get me everything I needed to be able to afford my repairs. He always responded to my calls and texts with zero delay the ENTIRE time.

When I first dropped off my car, Vinny helped me through a smooth check in process and even dropped me off at home afterwards!! I kid you not!

The turnaround was so incredibly FAST for the amount of repair my car needed. And Jesse put me at ease by keeping me up to date throughout the whole progress. He even offered to have me picked up from my home so that I could pick up my car when it was done ...like WHAT?!?!?! 10000000% above and beyond quality service.

I got my car back and was STUNNED!! They didn't just completely redo my exterior but they went ahead and detailed my interior as well!! I wasn't expecting even half of what they did for my car. I can't believe how brand new it looks! They gave 1000000% EFFORT!! My car even drives like brand new. My check out process with Enrique was just as smooth as my check in process. Everyone here is so on point

I am reporting on behalf of my mother, Ramona M.

Ramona decided to not repair her car with Enrique, the owner, at Grand Auto Collision Inc. because she felt he was overcharging for the repair. Enrique wanted her to tell the insurance company to issue the check to his business. She asked him how much was the repair and he responded "whatever your insurance is paying you".

She told him that he needs to give her a total cost of the repair or will take the car elsewhere, so she asked him to release the car. She had to pay Grand Auto Collision Inc. a total of $2661.98 to have the car released. Enrique called her insurance representative from Liberty Mutual and reported the car as total loss. The insurance company told her that if she choose to keep the car, it would need to pass inspection to obtain a "Salvage Title".

Ramona was told by her new Auto Collision Repairman that the damage to her car were not even near to "Total Damage" and the new total repair was $1,200. She ended up spending almost the entire check that the insurance company issued, but at least Enrique didn't take her for a fool. However, She is now stuck with a worthless car. She was planning to upgrade to a newer car by trading it at the dealer, but was told that dealers do not take cars with Salvage Titles.

Used yelp to get a quote from this place. Good response time and quote price but they end up trying to force me to pre-pay for the work before they would confirm my appointment. This is not how anyone should conduct business in auto repair. I have never used them before, never been to their shop and will never use them with this type of experience.

Yet again I have brought another one my cars here to be repaired. As you can see in the photos they did an excellent job! Edwin was a wonderful help throughout the whole ordeal, he made everything a streamlined process. They provided courtesy transportation from the auto body shop to enterprise so there was no need to spend extra money on an Uber. If you what quality work done on your car look no further than this place.

If you need any type of work done on your car Grand Auto Collision is your place!!! I would 10/10 recommend! The attention and communication given at this shop was immaculate, Enrique was always willing to answer all my questions and concerns. They also helped me get a rental while my car was at their shop! This place definitely goes the extra mile for their costumers.. but the best part is my car looked like it came straight out of the dealership when I received it back!

Let me just start by saying I didn't do business with this company. But I was nextdoor having my muffler repaired. One of their staff members, Vinny, happened to walk by me while I was waiting for my work to be done and he took a few moments of his time to interact. Vinny told me that he was upset to see how Asian Americans are being mistreated these days, and that not everyone blames Asians for covid. He hold me that as a New Yorker and an American, he feels like this place is hard for all minorities that experience racism, and that his experience as an African American with racism made him feel sad and upset about the hate targeting Asians in his city. We then chatted a bit about the history of racism and that all minorities feel it all the time, black or asian. I was really touched by his comments. Thanks, Vinny. If I ever need autobody repairs on my car, I'll be coming to you guys!

They actually found me- someone drove by, saw my car all smashed up parked on the street and left a bunch of business cards all over the car- thought that was kind of funny. While the process took a lot longer due the holidays, supply chain car part shortages and then dealing with insurance, overall dealing with Grand Auto was really nice. They did a beautiful, beautiful job on the car and handled having car rental company come pick me up and let me drop off the car there which they returned. I really appreciated that. The guys are easy going and want to make the process as painless as possible. Would definitely recommend.

I always go here for collision. They do a great job! I've had bad luck with getting my car hit and they fix my car fast. Anyone that needs repairs, I highly recommend you go here.

Enrique was friendly and very professional. The shop went the extra mile in repairing my damaged Honda Civic. These guys will take care of you, and they keep their word. Their bodywork was great.
