Do they have long term parking? Like a week? If so,how much is it?
A:
Hello. I think it's best to park with SFO Airport. You can book directly through their website. https://www.flysfo.com/… more

Writing this review at almost midnight because I had the munchies and went to the 24/7 market on premises and got a chorizo breakfast burrito 4/5, nutty butter, Hershey's cookies and cream candy bar and yogurt parfait (1/5). Yogurt parfait was sour and didn't have any taste. Market has a ton of good snacks and food, def recommend the chicken Caesar salad, very delicious. They offer pizza ! Super awesome! This beautiful hotel is located on the SFO airport property with incredible views of the airport terminal or highway city life. What sold me on booking this hotel vs others were the awesome reviews on Yelp, amazing location and free transportation from airport terminal directly to Grand Hyatt via air train.
The whole process from getting off the airplane and walking to the airport train to arriving to hotel super fast . The hotel check-in was seamless. The whole hotel is about 5 years young and newly renovated.. The gym is amazing and offers a few peloton bikes, kettle bell weights, many various gym equipment to use, cucumber cold towels, recycled earbuds, freshwater, and more. The beds are super soft with buttery soft special sheets that you can purchase from downetc. The bathroom and shower are pretty amazing. Auto light up nights when you walk to bathroom at night. Cool little light piece next to bed if you are reading. Love the tile work on the floors and shower. I want something similar to this for our master. The view from the room is very nice (no balcony. . Uber and Lyft drivers can pick you up very easily in the valet parking area. You need room key on you as you have to scan it in the elevator.
The entire hotel is super clean, nice design, and super updated! You can text this # for 24-hour support: 650-482-8525. Would def come again.
Tips: If you get a two queen bedroom plus, you can get a bathtub, you just need to request it. Reg two queen only has a shower. Bathroom comes with complimentary body wash, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion that stays in room (big size) You can find hand sanitizer stations through out the hotel premises which is nice. Must use room key card to access elevator so have that on hand. All the hotel
staff were very nice, accommodating & professional.
Crab cakes at the bar next to the market was delicious First time having a crab cake. On SFO property & 20-40 min from Pier 39 area. Lastly the hotel is very clean, designed very intricately! I was taking photos of the light fixtures, tile work,
Cons: this hotel does not have pool, Jacuzzi or spa. Not even a sauna. I would say it's not really child friendly, more for adults and corporate work trip (flight attendants, corporate , etc)Helpful 0Thanks 1Love this 0Oh no 0 - D F.San Ramon, CA90145120Jul 29, 20241 check-in
A truly amazing experience. I booked a corner suite for date night and it did not disappoint. Views that can't be beat along with amenities that beat out some mega resorts.
Check in was a breeze and the staff were all incredibly friendly. I wish the valet wasn't "mandatory" but I'll live
The room was almost flawless. My only complaint is the cement column that obstructs the bedroom view, and the that fancy toilet that seems possessed lol other than those 2 things, the room was perfect.
While the views are incredible during the day time, they are even more so at night.
I have stayed at some of the nicest resorts the world offers and the hyatt's gym puts many of them to bed. Pelatons, treadmills, cables, smith machine, towels, water, etc. My only thought is they could use a few more cable handles and it would have been awesome if the gym was on a higher floor so you can see the planes while on a run.
The restaurant is rather small but very good. Would've to see them expand it.
I'd like to tell you that the experience is worth your time, but then we would be battling for the same roomHelpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Jul 15, 2024
When visiting Northern California we prefer taking a late morning flight so often find ourselves staying one night near the airport to avoid the unpredictable and serious traffic of San Francisco. So I was delighted to find the newish Grand Hyatt that's located directly at the airy-no waiting for a slow, packed, free shuttle bus-instead just hop on the sky train. Yes, the same sky train that connects all the terminals and the rental car center.
So for this trip, we dropped off our rental car after a great dinner with our son in the city, and after returning the car, we're in the hotel room 15 minutes later as there is a sky train stop specifically at the hotel-just like Disney.
As for the hotel itself-our room on the 11th floor (out of 12) had a sweeping view of the tangled traffic maze at SFO. The room was fairly large, had bedside electric ports, a large modern bathroom and was exceptionally quiet. A perfect oasis for a one night stay and just a short hop via sky train to our terminal in the morning.
Perfection.Helpful 1Thanks 1Love this 1Oh no 0 - 37311401889Jul 13, 2024
Love how quiet and low-key this Grand Hyatt is, but you know what's not very Grand Hyatt-y? Seeing an ant run across my table during food service at the Grand Club lounge and further discovering several wandering ants on the windowsill (guess they have an interest in plane-watching too? lol) and on the floor, which didn't seem to have been swept for a few days as there was a noticeable amount of fallen food debris.
Also didn't like that I couldn't adjust the fan ventilation strength in my room. Was a bit humid in my room, so much that I woke up the next morning feeling groggy.
Back to the positive side, fantastic view of part of the International Terminal A runway in my room (room upgrade). Grand Club (lounge access is an added charge) also has a clear runway view (an on-level-airport-like view whereas in the room the view was more top-down) and the provided hors d'oeuvres were quite tasty. Pretty thick room walls; I couldn't hear neighboring guests at all.
Overall not great general-hotel-stay-wise but I'd still recommend this hotel strictly for the enjoyment of watching planes of various international airlines leaving and arriving.
Parking: valet or SFO airport self-parking (self-parking requires taking the no-fee AirTrain, which has a dedicated hotel stop).Helpful 17Thanks 5Love this 17Oh no 2 - 44226848Apr 4, 2024
So this rating is strictly from an ambiance perspective. We had time to spend before a late night red eye flight so stopped into the hotel between the rental car center where we'd returned our car and the airport terminal. The hotel has a stop off the air train so it's super easy access.
You'll see from my pics that there are some beautiful art installations on this journey. The walkway from the air train to the hotel entrance is lined in brightly colored stain glass windows that are very pretty. The lobby has open seating and charging stations, as well as two restaurants to select from. We ate at Quail and Crane (left a review on that page about the experience). However, hubby also stopped into the market for a cookie after our dinner.
The hanging art installation in my pics is truly only partially visible from the upper level where you enter. Taking the stairway down to Quail and Crane gives you a fuller view of it. I commented on it and a worker overhearing me explained that the white plates (that's what I've decided to call them) at the top are representative of the fog in the city and the designed plates that hang below represent the landscape you see beneath the fog. There are a group of plates that are clearly the grass and a group that are clearly water (San Francisco Bay?) and then other uniquely designed ones that I don't know enough to understand. Anyhoo, it's beautiful and fun to explore visually.
You can tell from the restaurant reviews that it's pretty common for travelers to stop into the lobby so the staff greeted us warmly and asked no questions about our presence. If you have time to blow on a long layover, the hotel offers a good change of scenery and a safe environment to hang out.Helpful 2Thanks 1Love this 0Oh no 0 - Apr 10, 2024
Came here 4/4/2024.
Had a quick 1 night stay after Alaska canceled a flight on me. I am a Globalist.
Room hard product was a bit small and water pressure was weak. However, everything was modern and didn't see much wear and tear. You are able to see the runway and aprons if you have a room with a view.
I like the lobby and hallways, they are clean and modern. Breakfast was delicious and a-la-carte instead of a buffet. The Grand Club had decent offerings that I was able to make a dinner out of.Helpful 2Thanks 2Love this 1Oh no 0 - Clayton J.Renton, WA24984132Jul 12, 20241 check-in
I've stayed at all the major hotel brands and recently have been staying with Hyatt properties. I had a few regrettable stays with Hilton only to find out locations are franchised and franchise owners don't care about your stay, only your money.
I stepped out of the box this time, this was my first Grand Hyatt experience and as you can imagine, the service was exemplary, but it's just not worth the money. I don't need the fancy fixtures or the art, but as I people watched I saw a lot of people who in my opinion overpay for everything. $500 khakis, $500 button down shirts. I don't shop at Target, but trust me when I tell you, I stop at every Marshall's I pass . I always find great value in their limited stock.
The hotel experiences it out of hand in my opinion. 1st, you want $400 for an overnight stay, but then you want another $50 for me to park my car? I know it's commonplace now, but parking should always be free. It's your property, stop monetizing everything. I also think at those prices, Breakfast should be included, and truth be told that is what I liked most about most Hilton properties.
I also like the fact that Hilton had shuttle buses, but in this case, the hotel is at the airport, so no shuttle required and if you are ambitious the Bart is right there and will take up far inland if need be.
Honestly, I think I prefer what Hilton has to offer, but the service there is on par with Motel 6, so I'll give up the perks, and spend a little more to stay somewhere they won't let you leave unhappy.
I don't think the Grand Hyatt is worth the extra cash, but if you can afford it or just want to impress someone, you know where to find themHelpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - 110379842Apr 16, 2024
Honestly, one of my favorite hotels for work trips.
I recently stayed at the Grand Hyatt at SFO for two nights and loved my stay. My incoming flight landed after midnight and the hotel had no issues with me checking in incredibly late (I called in advance to alert them) and I was awarded a complimentary upgrade to a room that overlooked the runway. (I adore that they have a plane guide and binoculars in the rooms for any plane or airport enthusiasts!)
I have Globalist status with Hyatt and they did everything to recognize that: complimentary upgrade; free breakfast at their restaurant; late checkout; and fantastic appetizers and honor bar in the club.
The room itself is small, but cozy - great natural light and quiet. I love the bathroom amenities and robe provided.
While I don't love the almost $50 valet - you also have the option to park in SFO's longer term or short term parking for slightly less money, but the slight inconvenience of having to take the air tran to the hotel.
Overall, a fantastic hotel, a fantastic staff, and some place I will definitely stay again!Helpful 2Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 1 - 24101370Oct 11, 2023
Such a Wonderful choice to stay near SFO!
It's really convenient to get from SFO, take the air trek to the check in desk. We didn't get the upgrade to suite but our double bed room was just great! Perfect for two.
Breakfast was amazing, had an extra side because of our globalist status with Hyatt.
Gym was great too!
Definitely will recommend this place to friends and families!Helpful 3Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - 243369784Aug 20, 2023
Convenience is key. The Grand Hyatt is on the grounds of SFO. We stayed at this hotel during a long layover from Japan. Being at the airport, it was very easy to access.
The room was nice with views of the runways. We were also provided with binoculars to watch the plane takeoffs from the room. A nice touch.
The room itself was pretty low-key. The one thing that did feel luxurious were the Balmain toiletries. The bed and linens were comfy enough to get a good sleep in.
Greens Hyatt SFO is all about the convenience of staying at the airport. The accommodations are fine, but most importantly, it's quiet and peaceful. Ideal for a good rest and recharge.Helpful 3Thanks 0Love this 4Oh no 0
