After I confirmed with you in your store what I wanted to do with my car maintenance, you still said it is about $200. Additional, when I returned home to check the receipt, I was charged labor fee $102. The whole maintenance work lasted 1.5 hours, and you clearly told me your labor fee is $45/hour. Now you tell me why you charged me $102 for 1.5 hours? I am going back to your store to get my money back!
The most important thing for business is honesty! Otherwise nobody will be back!

I've used them for every claim since they were at their old location on River Road. I had a hit and run claim recently and they provided a curtesy car as soon as the parts arrived.

I had a collision repair with them about 6 years ago and had a good experience with Victor so when I saw that they do winter tires I thought I would give them a try again. What a terrible experience when I was helped by the owner John. I called about 3 weeks ago to ask for pricing and he told me that they do store tires and the cost would be $60 for the year. I booked an appointment and came in to get my winter tires this week. The first person that helped me had no clue that I had an appointment so he went to get John. When he called me to tell me my vehicle was ready I asked him again to confirm that he can store my tires and said yes the cost will be $80/year. Ok so the price went up $20 in the 3 weeks since, sure I can understand that as prices can change. I went to pick up my vehicle about 2 hours after the call and was ready to tell him to store the tires but then he tells me now it's $90/year, that it went up because he is running out of room. So their prices change by the hour now? Even after they quoted you a price earlier in the day. Of course I didn't do it. When I got in my vehicle I saw that they put the tires in my vehicle without bags, so in my back seat there were tires just sitting on my leather seats now covered in dirt. AVOID THIS PLACE, give your money to Costco or Canadian Tire or something because they oblivious don't honor what they say.

Decided to try this place out based on the good reviews. Took my car in for a straight forward ICBC repair and the courtesy car they gave me was a piece of junk (2001 BMW) We could not make it from Richmond to Vancouver without stopping about 10 times because the car was leaking coolant and severely overheating to the point of smoke coming from the engine. It took forever to get home cause we had to keep pulling over lest the car burst into flames.

We called them the next day (they closed after we left) and complained and they had the audacity to ask us to drive the car back to the shop so they could switch it out for us. Are we supposed to buy more coolant and fill it up every few mins? Like WTF should we fix your leaky car too? I remember them topping up the coolant too before we left the shop so that makes we wonder if they knew the car had issues and still lent it out...
My husband let him have it over the phone and we finally got a decent replacement dropped off the next day.
The repair itself was fine but I won't use these guys again based on the junk courtesy car and sour attitude.

The manager Victor did take a look for the whole part of the front bumper, and more importantly, this was the only place that offered options(low, moderate, high budget services).

I am satisfied with the repair done in the moderate budget.

Brought in by appt on Monday with a courtesy car waiting. Repair complete, car washed and cleaned outside and in by Wednesday morning. Quick, friendly service on a "other driver fault" claim.
