I requested pricing for my vehicle and received estimates for me to consider.
They were helpful with this process.
I contacted them for the following
1. Window tinting
2. Ceramic coating
The work I want done will be expensive but Graphix Lab has great reviews and I'm planning on using them in the future when I decide to do the job$.

Loved the customer service the people there are very friendly . They did a perfect job with my tint.

Having never taken a car in for wrapping & tinting, I felt out of my element when I first contacted Graphix Lab about my Tesla. Leo & his team of professionals quickly put me at ease; I instantly knew my car was in good hands. One of the most well-known and reputable shops in the Bay Area for your wrap, paint protection film, window tint and ceramic coating. When I asked for shop recommendations from friends/family, every response was GraphixLab. I decided to take my Tesla Model Y for ceramic window tints. They carry 2 of the most popular/quality films: 3M and XPEL. I reached out via Yelp and email - Maire was quick with answers and information. I had an appointment within a day and the prices were very fair for quality work. The thing I liked best about this shop is that they tint all the way to the edge and make it look factory. This means they have the skills to get it looking clean. Many other shops leave small gaps which isn't appealing.

It took 2 hrs to have all side windows tinted and the rear. I ran into some imperfections but Leo and the team were quick to resolve any concerns i had. The end result was exceptional work and I would definitely recommend GraphixLab anytime.

I visited Graphix Lab to get a quote and spoke with "LEO", who was the only customer service representative available. After a lengthy discussion where I provided all the necessary details about the service I needed, Leo assured me he would get back to me by the end of the day--he had six hours to do so. However, I didn't hear from him until I had to call back just 15 minutes before the shop closed.

Leo then promised to have the quote ready by noon the next day, but once again, he failed to follow through. He didn't even have the decency to follow up or provide any updates. The poor customer service and unmet expectations were frustrating. What added to the annoyance was that he even took notes with what looked like second-grade handwriting. I decided to go with another shop just a few blocks away!

I hesitated to write this review until I had consulted with other professionals and confirmed that my experience wasn't an isolated incident. Unfortunately, my experience at Graphix Lab, a shop primarily known for their vinyl work, was marred by significant issues and unexpected expenses after being upsold on additional services.

While I appreciate that Maire and Leo were professional in their communication throughout the process, this didn't make up for the numerous problems I encountered. The vinyl wrap itself looks decent, though it did require some initial fixes for air bubbles and now I'm facing peeling on my door handle. In addition, the wrap on the hood was bubbling and had to be redone after the initial installation, as confirmed in an email exchange with Graphix Lab on March 12th. The most frustrating problems, however, stemmed from the upsold brake caliper painting and wheel powder coating.

The brake caliper job was a disaster from the start. The initial paint job was clearly rushed, resulting in muted colors. Even worse, the brakes completely lost pressure after the painting. This major safety hazard should have been caught before I left the shop, as evidenced by the email exchange with Graphix Lab on March 11th, where they acknowledged needing to keep my car longer due to delays with the calipers. The calipers had to be repainted, and the brake system bled multiple times, causing significant inconvenience and requiring me to visit my mechanic for further inspection.

The powder coating was another issue. It flaked off excessively after a minor curb incident, which Graphix Lab initially attributed to the curb rash itself. However, after consulting with a reputable wheel shop, it was confirmed that the powder coating was either nonexistent or extremely poor. As noted in our email exchange on April 26th, Graphix Lab refused to take responsibility for this issue. I ended up paying to have all four wheels stripped and re-powder coated, an expense I hadn't anticipated.

Adding to my frustration, Graphix Lab made an error in the initial pricing and added an additional charge after providing the estimate. While I was understanding and willing to pay the extra amount, it added to the overall negative experience.

The only positive aspect of this experience was the window tinting, which went smoothly and without any issues.

Despite Maire and Leo's professionalism, the numerous problems, unnecessary delays, additional expenses, and pricing discrepancies have left me extremely disappointed. I strongly advise potential customers to carefully consider Graphix Lab's expertise before agreeing to any services outside their primary area of specialization.

Paid for full front end PPF with the agreement that some portions like the mesh grill wouldn't be wrapped, but I ended up with really subpar work for premium price. This full front end PPF was closer to a 70% partial front PPF. My car also has multiple damages from their work and all I got was "Why should we be liable?".

e.g. My driver side aftermarket mirror just fell off and broke because it didn't adhere properly. No worries since they caught that same failure and remedied it with new tape on the passenger side.

Lo and behold, it was never touched by them after I spent a good hour heating up the adhesion and cutting through it with fishing line to fact check them.

- Unable to fix PPF lifting on some installed areas so they just cut it out and left that portion unprotected

We spoke to Graphix Lab about selling us a decal and were told it will take about 3 days to make it but actually took more than 7 days double the expected time.... This is not the first bad encounter we have had with Graphix Lab. We gave them a second chance but they still disappointed. ):

This place is awful!!!!!
They charged me $5300 for full wrap on my van but put on a partial instead and it's missing parts ,has bubbles in letters are crooked ETC.
DONT GO THESE DIRT BAGS THEY WILL LIE TO YOU The first van they worked on I had to take back 3 times to get right NOT !

Such a crummy job ,as an auto detailing for over 30 years I know cars especially when they tell me that it was prepped before and they didn't Also they didn't put touch up paint on the scratch like they said either TOTALLY DISAPPOINTED!!!!!!!
