Gray's Mobile Detailing

I cannot believe how amazingly clean my car is! I seriously needed to have my car detailed and was lucky enough to have them come the same day. This is hands down the best auto detailing service I have ever had. They were professional, courteous, reasonably priced and very meticulous. I am a very happy customer.

I had Gray's come to clean up my truck. It was normal dirty and the inside was fairly clean. I don't drive it much. What it did have was water spots. All down one side, on the paint, the chrome, and the windshield. I leave it parked for long periods of time, and had a bad sprinkler hitting the truck every morning. I was worried. I asked BJ to come take a look. When he saw the water spots, he said, "Oh, that's pretty bad. I can't guarantee we'll get them out, but we'll try our best." Well they did an excellent job! Water spots are gone and the truck is beautiful again. Their communication was great and super fast. I wouldn't hesitate to have them out again to take care of my vehicles.

BJ at Gray's Mobile Detailing answered my call immediately and promptly provided a quote after I sent him pictures of my vehicles. The quote was very reasonable. He was flexible with scheduling and mindful of weather conditions.

Unfortunately the damage due to flooding (broken main pipe line near our vehicles) was far beyond just cosmetic so our insurer required an inspection at a collision center. I felt terrible that I had to cancel the detailing service but BJ was very graceful. I appreciate his professionalism and will definitely enlist Gray's services in the future.

Many thanks to Bennie and Bennie Jr. For the beautiful job they do on my Red Rav and husbands Blue Prius. The cars look new again and the engine top notch! Was thinking of trading mine in but after the detailing I think I will keep my little Ruby Red RAV.

We did not connect on this occasion, because of my schedule. They were responsive, and as soon as I can, I will schedule them to clean my car as I have used them in the past and do outstanding work. Always impressed!

Fast on response, answered all my questions and came on the agreed time. Did everything I needed on the full detail. Car is brand new again after 5 years and I don't have to look all the food/drink stains that were previously on my seats anymore

Bennie did his thing! Had a lot of hard water spots on the driver side and he took care of it, looks like new. Also got the car ceramic coated and it came out beautiful. He'll definitely take care of your car! 10/10 would recommend.

Did a good job on the exterior but missed the interior cloth of the roof that I specifically asked to be cleaned. For $400, I expect to get everything I was promised. Not sure if I would come back again.

That is NOT how you should speak to your customers. Definitely could use a lesson in customer service. And yeah youre right I wont be back.

Great prices and friendly quick response from owner. Did a complete detail on two of my cars and couldn't be happier. Definitely recommend.

BJ is kick @55! He really took care of my '17 coupe. It had been a couple of years since I had a polish and detail and to be honest Im hardly ever impressed with the work done. However BJ made my girl shine! I mean his attention to detail is incredible, a good attitude to boot and reasonably priced, check him out, you wont be disappointed!

Same day service. Very professional. Close attention to detail. Will use for my other cars in the future for sure.
