Great Canadian Oil Change

So I have 3 cars in my house and I've been taking them there for over 7 or 8 yrs,my encounter on Sunday was excellent by employee LG,very perfessional polite,he informed me the was a over flow bottle that is in the way to get at the oil filter,and he wanted me to sign a waiver incase it broke,over the yrs I've never heard that so I agreed to sign the waiver,then this so called management MK came over and started going g on about this waiver that I need to sign and I toldhim that I already agreed to signing it,but he felt the need to continue on 5 or 6 more times about it finally I started making me angry,MK customer skills are awful and very unprofessional,in this world customer service is the key to get customers to return

I will never bring back any of my cars or recommend that location

So I give LG a 5 star rating and MK a minus 5 star rating very confrontational and poor management skills

This was a quick and painless oil change. You pull up in your vehicle, they look up the type of oil you need, change it, put some air in your tires, and then you're good to go. They don't have a jack, so they can't rotate your tires or provide the full service of a mechanic, but when you're running low on time and just need an oil change. give the Great Canadian Oil Change a try.

And they will serve you a coffee or water while you wait in your vehicle.

Great service ! Guys are respectful and polite . They talked me out of a radiator flush that was recommend last oil change at their competitors just down Douglas ... the other guys told me it was acidic and needed a flush. Now months later these guys said it's all good and no flush needed !

In June of 2017, I drove from Edmonton to Victoria and back. Before I left Edmonton it was too early to get an oil change, and it would be too late when I got back. Therefore, I decided to get an oil change once I got to Victoria. Normally I get everything done at my Subaru dealer, but just like my dealer in Edmonton, the dealer in Victoria has terrible service hours and I wasn't able to use them. I decided upon Great Canadian Oil Change because I had read several good reviews about them online. And it was close to where I was staying.

I was extremely happy with their service. They brought me right into the garage when I arrived and were incredibly polite and friendly. They did the actual oil change in record-setting time, and they showed me my current cabin air filter (which was disgusting) and recommended I get a new one (which I did). I would estimate I was in and out in no more than 15 to 20 minutes.

Unfortunately, Great Canadian Oil Change doesn't exist in Edmonton, or I would seriously consider going back. If I ever need another oil change while I'm in Victoria, I know exactly where I'm going to go.

My car needed a new air filter desperately!!! And the wonderful staff at the Dawson Creek shop held open the doors past the closing time, just to help me. I always go to this shop regardless because they have great customer service. But today the staff went above and beyond to help me, for that I am so very grateful so thank you so very much Jeremy and Simon for your amazing customer service!!!

I had always used another quick oil place but for the past two weeks every time I went it was long waiting time. So I thought well I will get there right as soon as they open. Their website said 9.00 a.m. so I got there at 20 minutes to 9.00. The website was wrong it was 8.00 a.m. opening and again too busy. My friend told me to try dealing with Great Canadian instead.. I am so glad I did. Excellent service, competitive prices and extremely friendly staff, best of all, a Canadian company. There was no upselling and I was in and out in 10 minutes. No wait time. This is going to be my go to oil change place from now on. No more long frustration waits and wrong information on their website for me!

Price is competitive...oil is oil .....but the service has a lot to be disired ....pulled in at 8 a.m. sharp ......saw an "Open" sign on ...and 2 people standing inside not really watching me as I slowly drove around the parking looking and looking but got no interest of anyone to open a door or come to the windows, mind you it was a cold day and maybe one wanted to get cold..... It was said by one of the employees they thought I was a paper delivery ....really?.......you think if you came on to the property they would think you were there for business and respond to it accordingly but this appears that is one thing there not looking for ..........one must keep in mind there is always another Oil Change shop down the road!!

Fantastic customer service! I went there when my oil did not yet need a change. They told me I should drive another 2000 km and come back before changing my oil. They could have easily just changed my oil and charged me but they were very honest and friendly.
