Great Mall Tire Outlet

I came on a Friday morning (7:45am) to get new tires and installation and there were 5 customers waiting already. They open at 7am and they were already busy.

This was my first time and Frank was friendly and informative. My request took 1.5 hours and total cost was fair. Quality of work is excellent.

My suggestion is to always call to check if they have your tires in stock.

Frank, the shop's owner, was very friendly and helpful. Replied to our quote within the hour and gave us all the details for the maintenance that was done. He was nice enough to let us know if we came back 6 months after our initial tire rotation, they'd recheck it for us for free.

Quality of the work was fast and efficient. Would definitely recommend this place to friends and family.

Honesty and great work!! We've been going here since Frank was a part of Pacific Tire Outlet and the work and honesty continued to be worth the early morning wait to be the first in line.

My dealership told me I needed 4 new tires, mind you the car is only at 22,000 miles. Frank did a quick inspection and saw that the tires were fine and have at least another 10k miles on them. He gave as a free rotation and sent us about our way. Highly recommended.

I had a screw in my Tesla model Y real tire. I looked up online in several forums and they had mentioned tire shops never repair Tesla tires as they have foam and gel inside them and basically it's very hard. So I was worried since my tires are relatively new. I then found Great mall tire outlet through my friend. Frank and team was awesome. They fixed my tire at a very nominal cost and got me going in less than 30 minutes. I was very happy and highly recommend this tire shop!

I came in here with a flat tire warning on my car. Other tire shops would have tried to upsell me new tires claiming that my tire could not be fixed. But, that's not what happened here... I was charged $35 to find the nail in the tire and patch it.

This is a honest place with no one trying to cheat you. I would strongly recommend this place to everyone.

Tire alignment done after a set of new tires with transparency and professionalism.

Changed my rotors to ones that for rather than deal with the disaster of buying online.

Long story short, I purchased what I thought was a deal from a good site and changed them at home myself. I came in for an alignment to find that the stuff I bought online was deemed the right size by the website but absolutely were not.

I was the first person in line on a rainy Saturday when Frank and the crew fixed me up for an even better and more reliable price than online.

I trust the heck out of this place and will always come back.

Great service done by Frank and the team!

I contacted Frank through Yelp projects and he was very quick to respond. He let me know that the two rear tires I were looking for were in stock, and I just needed to go in to get it done. The service I requested was two replace two of my rear tires in my Hyundai Genesis.

I was hestitant at first since they do not do appointments, but there's no need to make an appointment since they are so quick! There were a couple people in front of me and my car still got done within an hour. The environment in the shop is very friendly, you can tell he has a lot of returning clients.

The tires were such a great price compared to other shops in the area that quoted me well above the average cost. I would recommend Frank's service to any of my friends and family.

Frank and his team saved us by squeezing our car in at the end of a busy Saturday afternoon. We discovered a tire that was slowly loosing air once we got in the car for our long weekend away.

Tire was patched and we were on the road in under 20 minutes. $35 to fix the tire and give us peace of mind for the trip. We'll definitely be back the next time we need tire work done.
