Green Cleaning SF

This is a long-overdue review for Hugo and his wonderful team of house cleaners. I've been using Hugo for almost 2 years now and his service, communication, and reliability has always been the very best. I know I'll get reminders for my upcoming house cleanings and if I need to switch my days Hugo will accommodate me.

Every house cleaner has been very respectful and thorough. My house is always left very clean and neat. I work from home and the house cleaner always works fast and efficiently so I can get back to work.

I specifically chose this company because I have a baby and wanted the best and safe cleaning products. My house never smells like chemicals and it's sparkly clean! I'm going to be using this service for a long time. Thank you Hugo and team!

It was hassle-free and quick to book and Daniela did a great job. They were on time and left the apartment spotless. Would definitely hire again.

Post construction, after a full gut remodel the house was a mess, dust everywhere and in everything.

Hugo was extremely flexible as our construction ends dates kept changing, and was incredibly communicative and helpful.

The price was fair and reasonable, not the lowest, but definitely not the highest and I went with the reviews and my gut.

The cleaners showed up on time and ready to go. They looked over the job and checked everywhere. I saw the leader instructing the others on how to clean, top to bottom inside out, I didn't even have to add any instructions. They were friendly, thorough and basically cleaned like wild men for four straight hours.

The place is absolutely spotless. Every switch cover, baseboard, door top, cabinet corner, and tile groove was clean.

10/10 would hire in a heartbeat.

Punctual, thorough, respectful, and communicative.

I got a regular cleaning + oven deep clean earlier this week and the cleaners showed up right on time. I appreciated that they worked around my schedule as I took meetings at home.

Pros
- The bathroom is spotless and smelled sanitized (a plus for me)
- The farmhouse kitchen sink is somehow more white than before??
- I didn't even know what color the inside of my oven was until after the cleaning. Incredible.

Cons
- They broke a vertical blind - not the biggest deal.

The team was professional, punctual, and respectful of my home. Scheduling was super quick and responsive. I'd use Green Cleaning SF again!

Green Cleaning helped us for a number of months, if we move back to our old place I'm sure we'll start using them again.

Hugo was easy to work with / made coordinating easy.

And their work is always amazing -- it's always like coming home to a new apartment.

Staff always went above and beyond, and were accommodating with a difficult parking location.

Hugo was able to schedule me 1 week in advance for a Sunday cleaning. Aline came right on time and did a really great thorough job! Everything was sparkling when we came home :) also their rate is pretty reasonable compared to other cleaning services we have tried. I'll definitely be booking again in a few months.

I put out a request and they replied to me right away. The next day they texted to let me know they were running a little late but so was I so that worked out! They were very nice and cleaned my terrible moldy gross bathroom, two sinks, toilet, and nasty tiled shower. And now, a day later, I feel like a less jenkier woman in general! The place is wicked clean and spotless. I didn't have the energy for the daunting task myself so splurged and it was a decent price and took away some stress! I requested Green Cleaning to clean my Garage on June 26 since I moved in recently. They wanted $170 to clean a single car garage, with one smaller room behind it. The cleaning consisted of clearing out all the cob webs, washing the floor, cleaning the trash bins, and dusting a couple shelves. The cleaning woman was here for 1 hour and I feel incredibly ripped off paying $170, especially considering it was not cleaned to my standards. There were still some noticeable cob webs leftover, specifically the top of the door frame. The floor was scrubbed; there were paint specs still there (I wasn't expecting much change with that) but the wads of gum were still on the floor. The trash bins still had some unidentified mung on the outside and still had some smell. Worst of all, starting the day after the cleaning, the garage door sensor was misaligned and I failed to realign them after half an hour.

tldr: 1 hour of work for $170 is horrible value.

Hugo connected us with Milo and Silas who both did an amazing job cleaning our house! They were very polite and careful even with things that are a bit fragile.

This was an amazing service and I highly recommend!

Our house was in desperate need of a good cleaning after the holidays and Flaviane and Rafael did a wonderful job! Our bathrooms are gleaming! They were able to get out stains that we've tried multiple different products on without any luck.

Hugo is super responsive and easy to communicate with. Unbeatable value with this cleaning service!
