Then Green Flash Pest Control guys are fantastic! Really took the time to go through the entire yard and take care of all the pests!

I have tried other pest control services and they didn't take the time to get out the brown widow eggs or point out areas of concern like Green Flash did.

Couldn't ask for a better pest control service! I recommend Green Flash Pest Control to anyone who wants good service!

This company is great!!!! They had to come out twice (included in the original price) because the ants were so bad - these ants were something from a horror movie.

Javier came the second time and was fantastic! We have a ranch property and the ants this year are crazy!!! We did everything and were inundated from the subbasement to the third floor!!!We had the organic spraying done. These ants are relentless and now they are dead!!! Yay!!! Javier is respectful and listens to all instruction. He is amazing!!!!

We've used many companies over the last twenty years. The one we used second to last was bought out by a large company started with an O - same guy but he did something really bad and sprayed the organic stuff all down the holes. Rabbits, squirrels....snakes! All holes. He got a rattlesnake so man (I imagine he killed baby snakes in the hole with the spray - she had a vengeance and waited under our cars to strike for weeks. It was really dangerous with kids! The snake people couldn't find her. In the middle of the night - she was 6.5 long and thick - we found her and had to kill her :( we tried everything to detour that snake's behavior, but she was always underneath the cars striking at us. All because of some crazy pest control guy from a company I can't remember the name of that didn't even get rid of the ants! Beware especially if you want organic!!!! Green Flash not only has good organic product, they sent out a great employee!

A friend of mine recommended Green Flash when she had bedbugs because they use heat to kill the bugs. So the way Green Flash deals with extermination is the most effective and the safest.

Mike came and checked my house for bedbugs. He was extremely professional and thorough. He was also extremely honest and told me there were no signs of bedbugs. I appreciated that he did not try to talk me into something I don't need.

I found out from my dermatologist that I have a rash and hives and it is not bites at all, so I appreciate the honesty of this company and I greatly appreciate the integrity that Mike showed. This inspection was free of charge, which was much appreciated! I will definitely contact this company when I need pest control in the future.

Made the appointment through Amy. She was professional and helpful. Amy was able to have someone respond the next day.
Eddie texted me 30 mins prior to his arrival.
Eddie was professional and thorough. In addition, I believed Eddie to be honest and fair with his assessment.
To my surprise, the inspection was free of charge.

I've been using Green Flash pest control, for my pest control needs, and I couldn't be happier with the service. Anthony is incredibly thorough, always taking the time to explain what he's doing and why. What really stands out is how trustworthy he is--I feel completely confident having him in and around my home. He shows up on time, sticks to the schedule, and follows through on everything he promises. If you're looking for someone reliable and honest, I highly recommend green flash pest control, and more specifically Anthony.

Sad to update this review. We have decided to discontinue the service with Green Flash. We have been with them for more than five years and really liked their service in the first few years. Not sure what happened, but after reaching out with an inquiry 10 days ago, we didn't hear back from them, even after follow-ups. The customer service I received recently also didn't feel like it used to. I hope others have better luck than us, but I just wanted to provide honest feedback.

Eric kept us informed of his arrival and departure times, since we had to vacate the house while it was being sprayed inside. He was also very kind to our curious dog. We appreciate his great work! Thanks, Eric.

I'm pretty bummed to be writing this, but I'm
not quite sure what else to do. We've used Green Flash since 2017, and at that time, nothing could be better. Service was thorough, friendly, and efficient.

As time went on, and their business grew, the customer service and quality started on a slow decline. Their technicians would come out, but skip things they were supposed to do, or only do "main" areas, instead of entire areas. Often, this would lead to needing a revisit. At this point, as I schedule, wait, and have my maintenance provided, I'm only getting a fraction of what I'm paying for, and then being brushed off by their customer service.

Most recently, I needed a respray and bait (the technician who came out for my quarterly service took a seat in my backyard and didn't provide much of anything aside from a walk around my home-all on camera, by the way) and when the technicians came out to redo, they only checked 3 of my backyard bait stations-not completely around the property where they are (again-cameras) and didn't spray inside or out, although that was requested, scheduled, and confirmed by their CS Agent, Amy.

I reached out to Amy later that day to request that somebody come back out to do the re-spray, to which she replied, "I think that spider got away from him. We did take care of spiders and Webstered as well. Amy"

When I told her that wasn't the case and that I was home the entire visit/had everything on camera as well, she said, "Oh okay, I will send someone back out to take care of the spiders for you. Amy"

That was July 25th, and I haven't seen or heard from anyone since.

At this point, I've sent one last request to see if/when we've been put on the schedule, but I think this will be the last time I try.

Like most service related businesses, pest control companies are a dime a dozen, and while we prefer to stay loyal and give the benefit of the doubt, blatantly omitting services that are requested and being paid for is just bad business.

We receive quarterly service from Green Flash and Mike is our technician. He is always professional and communicates his arrival/departure. He provides a thorough service and we are very happy customers. Thank you, Mike!

I've had the pleasure of working with John Tanner at Green Flash Pest Control twice now, and at each service visit John has been professional, knowledgeable, and reliable. His vast understanding of various pest problems that could occur in your home is very helpful when trying to identify a problem. John and his team have done a great job servicing an exterior termite problem last year, and in 2024 they helped me resolve an interior ant issue we were having in our kitchen. 10/10 would recommend John and GFPC to anyone.

Our technician Eric is phenomenal. He is meticulous about his work and has kept our property pest free.
