      === 1. VERDICT/VALUE
      Not the cheapest place for Vietnamese food, but it could be considered a little more authentic than some of the nearby competition - 3.5 stars!

      === 2. FOOD
      Sugarcane Shrimp, Grilled Pork Combo ($23):
      It's a bun - a vermicelli bowl with shrimp mousse wrapped in sugarcane and grilled pork with a spring roll. I might skip the shrimp next time given the cost...

      Prawn Salad Rolls ($12):
      Pricey - but decent and relatively authentic; peanut sauce is chilled (if that's important to note, as some places serve it much warmer).

      Meatballs Pho (Large - $19):
      My little guy likes noodles and meatballs - this is the Vietnamese version of the Italian classic we all know :)

      === 3. SERVICE
      We were lucky - unlike some of our fellow Yelpers, we came in about 40 mins before closing time and were seated quickly and served quickly. We never felt like they were trying to hustle us out of there and the server was polite and professional.

      === 4. ENVIRONMENT
      It was a little dim with daylight running out; I assume it's fairly dim at night as I don't recall much lighting. It appears to be an older place (built in the 80's or 90's?) but relatively clean and comfortable. You could fit wheelchairs and baby strollers in here as well as groups large and small. Parking is interesting: metered parking on the street or a parking garage would be your only options.

      Worst pho ever and rude services. They don't accept customers after 7:30pm and we ran there for 15-20 minutes. The lady is so rude and she kept tapping her hand and get her money. It was recommended by Chinese red , but their pho is cold, no beef tripe... the face of the lady is so so so rude . The noodle to go soup is cold. Please make your smart choice and don't ever go there

      The workers there are so rude. They said don't eat in when we got there at 7:30. So we took to go and when I got my pho it was so cold. Do not recommend this place.

      The appetizer we ordered was supposed to come with chili sauce but they were out. We were told to just use the hoison sauce at the table. Also, the shrimp had fallen off the sugar cane and honestly tasted like fried tofu and was not good.

      I ordered the beef vermicelli and the meat was overcooked and dry. My husband had the vermicelli with chicken and shredded pork. The chicken was good but there was hardly any pork.

      We were not impressed and expected more from an authentic restaurant. We can get better Vietnamese food back home.

      Food is great!
      Service is so poor or should I say very unfair. My husband and I is a regular customer and we noticed a lady server named Bin and a guy server who never greets nor smiles at us. We always have to call their attention to ask for water or other things. They don't even bother to ask us how was the food or whatever. We thought that's just the way they are (culturally). But I found out that they are so friendly and so accomodating with other customers especially with Western. I've never seen them especially Bin treated us the way they treated them. She was so helpful and all smiles to them. But so cold-very cold to us. Their service is very opposite to the service of Langford branch.

      Nope. This is just cheap fast food in a wok with zero flavour for polite, boring palettes. Veggie egg noodle dish was overly oily, bland and lacking any notable flavour profile. No garlic? No ginger? Seriously: WTF. I spent too much money on Door Dash for this highly disappointing meal and froze 3/4 of it for a time when I might actually be inspired to reconstitute it with a zesty curry sauce on the fly. Won't be returning as there are much better Asian restaurants to choose from in numbers here. I honestly don't know what or who is driving such positive online reviews.

      I was wandering downtown Victoria with a friend and stumbled upon this little place. It looks like a small mom and pop store that had a lot of customers doing take out. The menu offered a lot of variety from starters to pho, rice and specialty dishes. We decided to stop by for a snack and was not disappointed. I had a Vietnamese shrimp roll which was only $7 but freshly made!

      I'm very picky with pho but the pho here is absolutely delicious. Very full of flavour and came out piping hot! Absolutely delicious.

      Only down side is it took awhile for it to come out, and the female server was very confused the whole time as we watched her bring our food and drinks to the wrong table.

      With that said I will absolute come back here for their pho. As long as I'm not in a rush

      Okay food. Horrible service by waitress saying she's confused. Not friendly for families.

      3.5 stars.

      I'm happy to write that this place doesn't skimp on meat ingredients!

      Although the quality of the meat wasn't outstanding, I was surprised when I notice the noodles were kind of hidden by the big amounts of tripe, brisket and red meat.

      The broth could've used more concentrated flavours, it was a bit bland so the taste was very meaty.

      The waiter was cool, attentive, kind enough to recommend us one of the most popular beers.

      Fast service from the kitchen too, a good option for a quick fix when in a hurry.

      The joint's decoration was average, nothing special.
