I have been looking for an EV, and couldn't decide which one was best for me. A friend bought two cars through Green Light, and recommended I visit. The staff at Green Light were super helpful, and asked a lot of questions to learn about my specific needs. They opened up at least ten cars for me to sit in and answered all the questions I had. It was so helpful to have so many EVs all on the same lot, so I could compare them with each other. It was also reassuring that they put their cars through a rigorous test procedure before putting them on the sales lot. They expressed zero pressure, and were generous with their time. Unfortunately, they haven't had just the right one for me in their inventory yet, but I hope to buy my first EV through them!

I would echo the other reviews here. The guys at Green Light EV are like the super chillest car salesmen ever. Like there's zero pressure, and just a ton of help and ease. We took BART from Berkeley to Colma and it was 5 minutes to walk to them and check it out. And, such easy pickup after we bought!

There was also no fuss about the $4k Federal Rebate, they just deducted it from the price and then we did buy the extended warranty just cuz for $2K - - that's like the price of one fix nowadays. This was not out 1st EV, we had an older Leaf we just sold. We picked up our car, a 2020 Hyundai Kona EV (22k miles) with the Ultimate package (meaning things like a head's up display, cooled seats, rocking sound, sunroof etc.) only 10 days ago and we just drove it up to Bodega Bay and back and had a ball. Everything is perfect. In my mind, I got a CRAZY amount of car for the price (about $21K after all the rebates!).

I would totally trust these guys and check out their cars. I plan to buy my next EV from them next year when we replace our last gas car.

It was an odd experience, because you're typically expecting salesmen all up on your face with deals and offers (this was our experience when we went to a dealership in San Leandro the previous week). Instead, there was no fan fare. No one was on the prowl while we were walking around the Green Light lot. We simply went into the offices and mentioned which car we wanted to check out. Once we were ready to make a purchase, they also helped with the paperwork for the incentives. I would absolutely buy an EV from them again and highly recommend others looking to buy a used EV to at least check out Green Light.

Pro-tip: if you see a car that you like, go check it out right away. We missed out on a few deals because my family and I were waiting til the weekend. Cars fly off the shelf in here since it's such a pleasant experience and you can't help but feel motivated to buy car right then and there, and their selection of EVs is pretty good.

Good staff, Arturo, knowledgeable and efficient. No hassle and smooth transaction. Most vehicles over there have better condition and price than most car dealers in south bay. Small place but got what you want with happy ending. Their website update everyday, this is a plus.

Everyone we interacted with at Green Light (Arturo, Michael, Bram, Al) was courteous and helpful. They did not pressure us and gave us all the information we needed to make the right decision for us. Bram was very organized and helped me process the IRS EV credit and the Clean Cars 4 All credit in just a few minutes. The whole team was very responsive and helped me find alternative financing when my credit union didn't want to fund a loan, just because the car was still titled out of state.

I drove over 2 hours from Sacramento to work with Green Light because their inventory is competitively priced and it was obvious that customers loved working with them. On top of that, I am a huge fan of their straightforward website- which doesn't bombard you with a million popup boxes and take forever to load, which seems to be the norm for 99% of other car dealerships. Green Light really sets the standard for the car buying experience and I really wish other dealerships could try to take a page from their book. I will definitely be checking with Green Light first when I purchase my next EV.

This was one of the easiest car buying experiences and one of the best that I have had.
I was a little reluctant when I first came because I had a bad experience trying to purchase a car from the dealership across the street but I must say Braun really turned my already bad start of the week into a great one.

It's an all EV lot which is nice if you are in the market for an electric vehicle but don't really know what you want because you can test a bunch of different brands.

I was there from about 11:30 to a little after 5pm due to a lot of back and forth with my bank as well as my insurance with paperwork but Braun was super chill and let me stay in the facility while I was waiting and would converse with me so it didn't feel like it was so long. He kept assuring me it was okay when I was say "I'm sorry it's taking so long". They don't pressure you into purchasing the car as well which I really liked.

Test drive went smooth, they let you drive by yourself which is nice because you can really feel and hear the car without someone talking to you while you're driving.

Extremely happy with my Polestar 2 and my experience here. Car was exactly as pictured online, Arturo was friendly and helpful, very knowledgeable about the car. No pressure, and the purchase was super quick and easy. Will definitely come back here for my next EV purchase. Way better experience here than any other car dealership i've been to.
