I contacted multiple businesses after discovering some small wasp nests on the third floor of my home. I reached out to about 10 businesses and I ended up choosing Guys Pest Control primarily because of their communication. Most businesses had canned responses or replied asking me to call them. While I understand some things are easier to communicate over the phone, I really appreciated how it was clear that Guys Pest Control actually reviewed the details I put in the quote request and was able to answer all my questions via email.

I communicated with Felix (one of the owners) and he was very responsive. I would say responses would always come within the hour. After my initial email, we scheduled the wasp removal within the week. The appointment lasted about 20 minutes tops. Felix had a long pole that was able to reach high up in the third floor and also mentioned that he would put a repellent since wasp usually come back to the same area. In additional, he also did a perimeter around my home to see if there were any nests.

The price came out to $200 and also included a 30 day warranty. I had a really great experience with Guys Pest Control and would definitely recommend them. In my initial yelp search, there were a lot of businesses that had high ratings so my approach was to request quotes from multiple businesses. In the end, Guys Pest Control came out on top due to their excellent customer service and communication.

We have used Guy's several times. Both times Felix came out and was very thorough. First time was rodents and second time ants. He gave us his number if it didn't get better and said the text him and he would be back. Much rather support a local business that does excellent work.
He was here when he promised to be here.

My partner is confident that we signed up for quarterly service with Guys Pest Control and were told we could call to request additional services in-between the services as needed. That is just what we were told by a representative; if they misinformed us, then it's a simple employee development issue. Your services were fabulous for a long while. But when we did call for a service recently and left multiple messages, sadly nobody got back to us.

Since you took the trouble to reach out, I have modified the rating from 1 star.

Felix came over to our house due to a rodent issue. Diagnosed, spent about half an hour looking at the property and discussing the events, and told me how to fix it myself and that I would not need to hire anyone including himself. The rate he quoted me if the issue goes out of control was also reasonable.

Honest on top of the fast responses. Will give them a call again when a need arises.

Felix from Guys responded to my request for help very quickly. Within a day he was out to my house to inspect our problem and gave recommendations to fix the problem even without his intervention and pay - and it's worked! High quality and integrity team here and I recommend you work with them.

I really appreciated the prompt service we received from Felix at Guys Pest Control. He helped me see how rodents were able to enter our house and gave several recommendations for solving them. Very honest business that will not overcharge for unneeded services. We would definitely go with them if we have any more pest-related concerns.

Update - our ants were pretty relentless so Guys Pest Control needed to come back two more times within the 30-day warranty period. Each time was pretty easy to schedule through Yelp messaging and they were prompt and courteous each time. The last time, they recommended a full exterior treatment to avoid chasing the ants, with a little bit of targeted interior spaying. We seem to fight the ants every year, but I suspect drought conditions are making things especially bad. Things look pretty good for now.

I had a few little wasp nests along the side of my house. It started off as one minuscule nest until those damn wasps decided to make more. Before long, it was time to seek out a professional.

Guys pest control was rated highly on yelp and I do want to support local businesses when I can. They must've been busy because they were difficult to contact by phone, so I ended up shooting them an email. It seemed pretty informal and there was no confirmation of my appointment. They did end up stopping by first thing in the morning and were rather friendly. No attitude. The work was thorough as they found all of the nests and their service came with a 30 day warranty in case the wasps reappeared.

I'd happily contact them again for my extermination needs, but I hope I never have to.

Brandon came and inspected our property for signs of rodents. He suggested things I could do myself that would likely take care of our problem at no charge. I opted to hire Guys to ensure it got done quickly and correctly. I wasn't disappointed, as they were able to trap a mouse in the first week, but they are continuing to check-in weekly for a month and will seal entry points. Very satisfied.
