Cesar does it again! He immediately started to diagnose the problem with my dryer not working, and was able to discover that I needed a new timer. He then called to determine the price of the part and quoted me a fair price for his service.

Had issues with my garbage disposal all of a sudden. It would not work. I tried resetting it , no luck.
Called Guzman and was here the next day at 9 am. Turned out to be a fuse box issue. Switch was turned off. I should have check it myself. But wth.
The initial fee is $75 for the visit. To be used towards repair. Service was worth it. They also contact you 29 mins before arrival.

This is who you should call! Cesar runs his own business, you won't be dealing with a huge company with lots of technicians. He's super responsive. Has 12 years experience. Diagnosed my problem in 45 seconds and had the parts with him. Super fast, pleasant, nice guy.

My front load washer broken down over the Holiday weekend. It was really helpful to find Guzman Appliance Repair on Yelp, the reviews made a huge difference in my choice to reach out. I called Tuesday morning, my first thought is that they might be backed up after the holiday weekend. To my surprise, Cesar called me back the same day. Through our phone conversation he was able to identify the potential problem with the washer. Cesar was prompt in scheduling an appointment, he was able to identify the initial issue and an additional part that needed to be replaced. Cesar was able to complete the repair within two business days.

My dryer was making a screeching sound every time we used it. So went on good ol' yelp to look for a repair man. I came across this company and scheduled an appointment easily and within a reasonable time.

He arrived early fixed my dryer and now I can use it again. (Fyi we have had this dryer for about ten years or so)

Guzman appliance is an excellent appliance repair service!! Cesar, the owner, is professional, nice and provides excellent service. He has repaired our dryer twice. He knew exactly what was wrong and brought the correct part with him!

I am a repeat customer and had Cesar Guzman back to look at my 40 year old MayTag washer. Bottom line it died. Cesar did come and attempt to replace several washer parts but to no avail. It was a risk to pay for his repair service but he is more knowledgeable than I am, so a new washer was purchased, the dinosaur was picked up and replaced with Cesar's recommendation of a Speed Queen. Durable like the Maytag and he recommended don't buy the electronic crap, as they are not the kind of tools you want for a workhorse washing clothes at all temperature variation.

As a Realtor and property mgr, it's not often I come across a company that makes me want to drop other similar vendors or search for more in the same field. Over nearly 45 years I have used many appliance repair companies and solo operators. Honestly most have retired and taken up fishing or traveling, like I should. Anyway, Cesar at Guzman Appliance Repair has been helping me with my repairs since the early 2000's. He's very knowledgeable, honest opinions, and fair pricing. Thank goodness he's young and I'll most likely retire before him.

This guy came to charge me $80 for the "service" of coming out and looking at my fridge. All he did was tell me I need to unplug my fridge and re plug . Like are you kidding me ! $80 just to come out and say that. I could've bought groceries ! From the start he asked me 7 different times what's wrong with the fridge. Like bro , I already told you. So I had to ask him if he'd fix fridges before!
